Hardworking & friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: Large BDay party was held here w/small children & toddlers. Staff was very accommodating w/set up & service. Family friendly!

Placed an online order and it charged my card but stated that something went wrong. I called the store and was given the run around because the guy who answered didn’t ask any details just assumed my order. Finally got somewhere and he said that online ordering is down, my card would get refunded. I asked to speak to a manager and she was horribly rude, started yelling at me because it wasn’t their fault it’s a third party company. So I was expected to pay twice tonight to get food from there, yelled at because a company they hired for their online ordering was messing up and not given one apology for any convenience. And I was told that I should have my money back in a day. This is unacceptable. I live in the neighborhood, so it’s extremely convenient for me to go there but I will never give this place my business again. If I was met with some compassion, an apology and a better explanation then it’s not our fault with a salty attitude, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

My husband and I love this place. They have the best southwest eggrolls. Server and bartender were attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciate them taking the time out and helping me with the Big Truck IPA sample.

For 20.00 for one sub for delivery I would have at least expected it to be hot. About 1.5 hours to get it and not only is it soggy but cold.

Picture says it all smh. Not sure why ur cooks aren’t wearing hairnets but won’t be eating here anymore.
I have never had bad service and food at Casa Mias as I did today, got the "New Fajitas" steak and paid for extra meat. The meat was so tough and cut to thick for Fajitas. Threw most of it away. Service wasn't any better. Dropped food off and never returned even though we were sitting right next to the order entry computers. Won't be back.

Ordered catering for a business lunch. They were on time, friendly, and helped set up. Everything was warm and packaged well. Everyone loved the crab cakes and cookies!

The food was good and the atmosphere is very pleasant! It had been a few years since dining in at the restaurant, so seeing that it had been renovated was a welcome surprise! Overall we had a good dining experience, but some of our party received their orders much later than others; even though we all ordered at the same time. I still highly recommend taking the family to this spot!
