The food is good but they are always out of something, i went on 3 separate occasions they don’t have arugula, then get to the dip section and they only have 4 dips, then need to put a sign on the door or stating what they don’t have so that I can go somewhere else that has all of their ingredients. Also I am concerned as to why do they think we want the same person who is handling money to also hand us a fork unwrapped in plastic.

I’ve gone to this particular location several times. Customer service sucks! They’re always out of something and fail to tell the customer's or post anything before someone orders.

Went in on my lunch break. Lady at one of the stations was so rude and was not patient at all after i told her numerous of times i was a new customer and would need some help. This place is all over the place. I got a “ greens and grain “ bowl with sweet potatoes which were hard as a rock. Ask how could i be accommodating for this and got an eye roll. If you don’t feel like dealing with people maybe customer service isn’t for you? Manager was rude as well seemed like she was just ready for me to get out her face. I will never come back here again!!!! Dont even get me started on the bathroom and eating area. 0/10 experience

Ordered food online.. opted not to pay for a .05 bag because why would my food that I just paid for not be in a bag. Women at register proceeds to hand me my food (not in a bag) I end up dropping half my order.. ask for a bag.. told I'd be charged .05 for the food that I already paid for to be placed in a bag. They proceed to say "oh it's Baltimore county they're charging everyone for bags" well then incorporate that in the already expensive price. I am livid and will not be returning.

Let me tell you! I stopped Cava on Monday this week for the first time and fell in love with the food! I couldn’t believe I missed this place? all of the ingredients tasted amazing! It was so good, I went back on Friday for another dose?? this time, the portion was more than Monday and the sweet potatoes weren’t thoroughly cooked. Besides that, everything else was good!Customer service-5Cleanliness: Monday-3 (no utensils, straws or napkins were available) Friday-5 (everything was fully stocked and clean in the sitting area)Food: Monday-5, Friday-4 due to the sweet potatoesNote: my only issue are the recycled bowls our food is served in. I know the bowls are environmentally friendly, however, the particles from the cardboard does contaminate your food. When the salad dressing mixes with the bowl, the interior layer of the bowl is easily absorbed into your food. Plus the bowl absorbs the dressing. I dumped my salad in a regular bowl to fully enjoy my salad. This is not only an issue at Cava but all restaurants that use this product. Keep up the excellent service Cava staff!

This location is definitely going down hill and would not be surprised if it’s shut down at some point. The service and atmosphere very much feels like Chipotle, don’t get me wrong I love some fresh chipotle but as we most know the service usually at chipotle is like that of a McDonalds terrible, hence why I come to Cava the food is fresher and service top notch. I really can’t say that for this location. At this location they make you feel rushed and unwelcome. For the price of the food I should be able to have my food put together the way I want not how the serve wants. Also it’s 8pm and you close at 10p so why is everything put away 2 hours in advance literally the only thing on the line was rice that’s ridiculous. Why are there no utensils available I had to literally ask for a spoon and fork which I received with attitude from the server as if I asked for part of her check. Not sure why you wouldn’t just put them in the bag to go if you know you don’t have them readily available for customers to retrieve on their own. I’m all for getting prepared to go home but not 2 hours ahead of time this place isn’t even that busy. Cava get it together ASAP!!!!

Went there for the first time, asked the girl what her favorite meal was. It was some sweet and spicy chicken I think? Anyways the food was pretty good. Also kudos to the very friendly staff.
