We always order delivery from here. Delicious Italiam Cold Cut, and i ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken. So thankful they put the chicken in foil and not on the salad. The Salads are huge.

We ordered a large pizza for the first time from this place, aiming to support our local shops. However, upon arrival, the lady informed us that our order was mistakenly placed at the wrong location. Consequently, we had to drive to their Parkville location, only to find out that our pizza was actually at the Perry Hall location. This resulted in wasted time and gas as we went back and forth between the two locations. We were disappointed with the service, especially since the lady did not even apologize for the inconvenience. This type of service is unacceptable, and we have no intention of returning to this place. We are very disappointed.

My family and I eat Dominick's Perry Hall often. Tonight we were very disappointed. We ordered the 10" carry out cheese pizza special for our children. When my fiance got home and we opened the pizza, it didn't look how it normally looks at all. They used way too much dough and cheese. Upon biting into the pizza it was very doughy and the amount of cheese made us gag. We tried calling the restaurant for over an hour to speak to a manager and were continuously put on hold or kept getting a busy single. We had to make the children something for dinner and were not able to drive back to the restaurant. I usually do not write reviews unless highly dissatisfied. I would have rather spoken to someone on the phone but couldn't get through. This is not okay and would like this rectified.

Been coming here for 25+ years. Food is great and never had any issues. Their other location is great too.
I absolutely love the cheesesteak sub and onion rings. The pizza is also delicious. Service has always been good. Subs are loaded with meat and seasoned to perfection.

The girls that wait on you at the Perry Hall location are getting major attitudes when you don't tip them. Why would I tip them for handing me a box of pizza in the one minute that I am in there picking up? A tip is voluntary for someone that provides good service. Handing over a box of pizza, ringing you up, and providing a receipt does in no way warrant a tip. Work harder on being nicer and providing good customer service, and maybe people will want to give you a tip. Throwing credit cards on the floor and not saying sorry along with an attitude will never serve you well, especially if long time customers decide to go elsewhere. I hope management reads this and corrects the entitled behavior thats getting dumped on customers. Lots of other places to choose from.

This has been my favorite pizza place for 20 years but has recently gone down hill unfortunately. The dough for some reason is too thick and undercooked. If you ask for well-done it gets overcooked. The cheese steaks are terrible now. Way too salty and the rolls are not very good. I'm really hoping my last few visits are not the new norm here?
