Placed an order over an hour before closing. They were out of everything, mashed potatoes, fries, corn, basically all they had was fried chicken. I received a refund and we will never go back. Always out of food no matter what time!

i ordered thru app, then it says ready for pick up, my house is like 5 mins away from this store. i got there and told me i have to wait 15 more mins! employee's are rude! never ordering in this store again.

So just grabbed my lunch from here, drove up to window to over hear the drive through worker talking about my order and saying she's just going to round up my total adding into their "donation" funds for the company, without asking me. She did not provide a total at the speaker nor provide me with a receipt. When asked about this(because yes I'm going to call you on it) blatantly lied to, saying it was about the car they parked. My total was $13 even (odd, right?) Right after hearing them speak about my order. Well, feeling like it was still fishy, went to order the EXACT same meal online, just to see, and it was almost a $1 cheaper than my total told to me at the drive through. So I'm not sure exactly what happened but I wouldn't go here unless you want money taken from you without permission.

If I could give negative stars. I would the guy that took my order was a total j******Extremely rude and when I told him. I'd wanted a 4 piece chicken dark with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy he put in a 4 piece tender. I got no napkins and no sauce. If he should work some place like a morgue Where you don't have to worry about customer service lousiest ever.Kid-friendliness: There's no friendly people at this store they're all Non customer service, they need to go find another job. They don't like what they're doing.

The lady doesn’t even have basic decency to apologize!!!! Never again coming to this KFC. My 9 year old son placed this order and now I have to find another place to find him food at this hour. Horrible experience.
