I'm so disappointed. I order rapid pick up almost weekly on my way home from work. After my 45 min. drive home I open my sandwich and there's no meat. I order the same thing and it's never been this bad. One bite of turkey one avocado slice and a piece of bacon cut in half. It's an expensive sandwich I'd love to know what I was paying for? Pictures attached. It would cost the same or more in gas to return so not worth it.

This isn't my first time reviewing this place. I'd like to know if you're so smart, why do you ask me to review an establishment again! I realize whether it's management, chefs or workers could leave, that'll change service and foor prep. But there're some thing that are consistent with all Paneras.
Three of us ordered and my order (Teriyaki and Chicken) never made it in the bag .... when I went to call to see if it was sitting there (giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was made and just wasn't put in the bag) phone number will not go through. tried 3 times...So frustrating because we stopped off there from and all-day trip because we had nothing in the house to eat...

This review pains me because I have been faithful to Panera for years but wth is going on in the last year. My wife and I got what we have been getting. Chicken teriyaki bowl and Mediterranean bowl. Not joking, half portions. We got the whole orders. We both left hungry and she literally had 2 slices of chicken. I guess every run comes to an end but Panera's has been a nose dive off a cliff. We both ate an hr later because we were still hungry. Oh I almost forgot, they're we're nats around our table. First time ever.
Panera’s steel cut oatmeal is a personal favorite. It has a unique taste, not excessively sweet and a perfectly-sized portion. It’s pricey but worth it.

Placed my order. 5 people came in behind me my order was a simple carry out. The 5 got their orders correct because they were in store. My simple order was messed up! They were told of the mistake and still got it WRONG!! I left with what I didn't want! NOT GOING BACK!! The store needs to close and open with people who can read and care about their business!!
