Dunkin', one of the nation's largest coffee and donut chain, opened a store located in 8475 Cordon Way since the end of December of 2021. There are two parking slots designated for curbside pickup only. Inside, everything is looking brand new and clean. Plus, Dunkin' Team Member is courteous and friendly to every customer.Sadly, this is not the digital-only Dunkin' store where customers order using the in-store kiosks. And the main entrance door is not an automatic sliding door.

Staff are nice and orders are done timely. However I placed an order for a cold brew and asked for extra cold foam. When I received my order I did not get extra cold foam. When I brought it to the cashier's attention he was trying to explain that if I put extra I will not taste the coffee as much. My thing is if I asked for extra and paid for extra please fulfil my order without an explanation!
