Green Turtle White Marsh needs to work on the time it takes to greet customers. I was on my way out of the restaurant when they showed up. My Cobb salad was very good, and the service once I was seated, was good.

10/10 would recommend this place! The service was incredible! My server, Heaven, was so incredible attentive and made sure that everything was perfect! This was my first time visiting this location and with the experience i had I’ll definitely be coming back!The manager, Brandon, was also amazing! He stopped by our table to make sure everything was satisfactory and I felt like he really listened!I’ll be back for sure!

The food was very good and our server Heaven was great. On Tuesday morning Heaven told us about karaoke and the 2 for 1 and we came back for it that night. The experience here was great and I’ll definitely come again.
The main eason I come here so often is Michelle T! She makes sure everything it perfect EVERY time. She runs circles around the place and makes sure you get your food hot and your drinks perfect!!

Terribly mediocre experience. I ended up at Greene Turtle because we were pressed for time before catching a flight. Honestly, I wasn't thrilled about the selection and figured we'd end up regretting eating there and it turns out my prediction was right on target. The service was dreadful. The restaurant was barely half full yet it took forever for everything. The waitress took a long time to take our order, bring our food, and the check. The service and food was so bad that we spoke to the manager. He just made excuses about the restaurant being short staffed or that members of the staff were being trained. My brother had ordered a salad, but it arrived to the table warm. My brother complained about it so the manager took it off the bill. The manager meant well, but he had too many excuses for me. The captain has to run the ship. Period. Excuses aren't acceptable. My sister ordered the chicken tenders and fries. They were okay. We ended up getting dessert because the manager gave it to us for free. It was his attempt to make up for the poor service and less than appetizing food. We ordered the cookie lava cake. That wasn't good either. I don't even recall what I ordered, but I know I didn't care for it. It was that memorable! I don't how this restaurant is still open. It certainly isn't a desirable destination.

Terrible service! We sat at an empty bar and the bartender told us that he would be with us in five minutes. I thought I didn't hear him. It was 3:55 pm on a Friday. Apparently, his shift started at 4:00. He could have given us water, menus, a place setting, anything. He expected us to sit there for 5 minutes until his shift started. Where was the person whose shift ended at 4:00? All while I saw employees just milling around. You seldom see such total disregard for customers.

The pretzels we had for an appetizers were excellent. And our server Moud was very enthusiastic and attentive.

First off, the waitress was nice. She was polite, welcoming, and helpful. The food on the other hand was HORRIBLE. There was a severe lack of seasoning on EVERYTHING I had. I got the tacos carne asada and Buffalo spicy chicken. There was NO sauce on it. Needless to say, I ate one taco and half a wing. They took the wings of my order. There was also a discrepancy in an extra charge on my drink but the manager resolved it quickly, even though the bartender had an attitude. Don't cone here if you're hungry, the drinks are alright though.
