Food was subpar and expensive, and my stomach hurt after. I had aloo gobi and was assured it was vegan - and it was the worst version I have ever had sadly. I barely ate any. It was oily and spicy yet lacked any actual good flavor. Food did not seem fresh either. My non-vegan friend said hers was ok but also agreed she wouldn't return. Also note they do not have gluten free soysauce either, if you were looking for that. Ocean City lacks good restaurants- better to stay at a place with kitchen and make your own. Bluefish around 90th street makes decent tofu asian dishes-they have gluten-free soy sauce but it has alcohol in it and premake their sauces so cannot accommodate changes (such as no corn starch).

Outstanding Food except a few things because of which it's hard to give a 5. The bone in chicken curry is one of the best I have had but it's part of the thali in which the daal (lentils) was sad. Taste wise an amazing place for Indo Chinese! Definitely worth a visit if you are in Ocean City !Vegetarian options: Veg Fried Rice , Veg Lo Mein

During a recent stay in Ocean City, one evening I craved a good homemade soup. I didn't want to travel far to buy one so my friend and I were walking along Philadelphia Avenue and have found the Asian Indian Garden restaurant. We've ordered egg drop soup and a pork egg roll. Oh my goodness..... The egg drop soup was delicious! It was the best one we've ever tasted from a Chinese restaurant. The fried noodles were not the typical store-bought kind.. you can tell that they were fried to perfection. Their egg drop soup & pork egg roll definitely hit the spot. We decided to come back and try another dish. I ordered the General Tso tofu with fried rice whereas my friend ordered the vegetable lo mein ....these dishes were made with love. Our tummies were happy and full :-) We will definitely patronize this place again during our next vacation to Ocean City. So happy that we found a place to dine that is reasonable in price and the food tastes great! You can't beat the peaceful atmosphere.. it has such a mellow and chill vibe you know? Just come on in and have a good meal.. you won't be disappointed I promise.

I don't understand why the negative reviews about this place. My second time visiting and both were satisfying. First time I had Singapore mei fun and chicken momos. My second visit was chicken Tikka masala and steamed pork dumplings. Both were delicious and will return when in the area.

In most of the restaurants where they serve thali they provide you with side of onion and chili (jalapeño) because Nepalese eat them on side. They said it was thali but didn’t had one when we asked for some they said we have to buy onion salad for that. The price of the food is fair enough they can put the side of little onion and chili but they said no, we have to buy it so shame to be called thali.I don’t recommend this place for Nepali tourist or students; or anyone else. Ruining Nepali image. Anyway the service was good. I dunno if it’s the owner or not the lady in the counter she wasn’t Nepali I don’t like the way she said it.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The long wait time for our food was frustrating, and when it finally arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. The dishes were flavorless and seemed poorly prepared. It's unfortunate that I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. I hope they can improve both their service and food quality in the future.

1st time here. Parking available in the lot or the street. I thought it was only take out but they do have a dining room available for dine in. We ordered miso soup, spring rolls, broccoli in garlic sauce, general Taos tofu. All the food came out at the same time which was disappointing. Other than that, the food was good. Nothing spectacular and nothing bad. 15% service fee (tip) was automatically added to the check without explanation.
