Enjoyed lunch around 2:30 pm on. Wednesday. Very quick and friendly . I enjoyed the Quesabirra taco x 3. The Birra Consume was delicious!! You can dip the lightly fried taco in it. It comes with slaw ( cabbage and fresh radishes). Dessert was the Peanut Butter Tres Leches Cake. It exploded with flavor. The Peanut Butter was a great touch. The servings were definitely generous, but the cost is high. $7+ for a regular size taco ( choice of beef, fish, shrimp, pork all add to the cost) with small cups (think shot glass) of sauce or guacamole sour cream priced up to $1.50!! I’ll go again because the service is awesome and flavor is on point.

Probably the best tacos we’ve had and we’ve been to Texas. Fresh tortillas, tender smoked meat, simple toppings of cabbage, picked onion, lime and cilantro that just accent the flavors perfectly. Got the asada taco, birria taco and chicken quesadilla. Sad that we can’t live there.

Very delicious and filling. My favorite are the birria quesadillas. Slightly pricing, but worth it. For deserts both the tres leches and flan are freshly made.

The food is AWESOME!!! Fresh, flavorful and IF YOU LIKE HOT, they can help!! We walked up and immediately the counter/cashier asked to help with a smile and took our order, the food was brought out very quickly which is GREAT especially since we have 2 younger kids. Being able to sit outside and watch and enjoy all the cool bikes and passing by people and cars, very chill vibe and big smiles for miles!!! If you haven't tried em yet, they are tucked back WORTH THE EXTRA 100ft of walking!!

Hidden gem in Ocean City. We were tired of the standard beach food (oh yes, OC can call the restaurants whatever they want, but they are all disappointing beach blaaa) and we had our dog. I searched for a dog friendly restaurant and this jumped out for me. Great food cooked with the care and style of a 5 star restaurant. Six painted picnic benches and the best Mexican food I have had in a while. We had two types of tacos, a tamale, a side of rice and black beans (excellent) along with chips and very hot salsa.

We visit OC fairly regularly, and Liquid Assets is one of our favorite restaurants, and Barrio Taco is among their other partners (along with Annabelle’s and Our Harvest). Barrio Taco does not disappoint and fits right in with the excellence and sensibilities of the other establishments. We ordered 4 tacos — pork, brisket, and chicken — and they were prepared with great care and wonderful flavors! We love the “heirloom corn” homemade tortillas, and we prefer them over flour. We also had the beans and guacamole, served with fresh corn chips. Fast, easy, and truly delicious. Our new go-to for tacos!
