Setup here is like many other Filas.... except one minor detail that could help move things along... taking payment when ordering from a team member outside if paying with a card. If paying cash, great do that at the window when needed. Taking all forms of payment at one window and then getting your food slows the process. That's really the only reason I give it 4 stars.
The guy on the outer drive through taking orders, didn’t catch his name, at 1:00 pm was extremely nice, asking how my day was. Everyone smiling. And food per usual is the best.
The food is usually stale. They WILL NOT get your order right. Check every thing. After the 4th time they got my order wrong I called their location to let them know that this was repetitive and a bit annoying and I was told that maybe I shouldn’t shop there. I don’t complain about food places, so the fact that I’m leaving a review is like the last straw in my frustration. They don’t want you shopping there so take my advice and don’t. Travel to another one, order order somewhere else. The food never taste fresh anyway.

Slow drive through, cold food, milkshake was sitting inside the restaurant for 10 minutes because they forgot about our order, large fries received were half empty. 5 employees having a side conversation while 6 cars were sitting behind us
