Great restaurant with a lot of options. We found this place by chance as we walked along the boardwalk and decided to give it a shot. There is plenty of outdoor seating. Our waitress was very nice and hospitable. Food came out fast and was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the penne alla vodka and spaghetti; both were very well seasoned and were very generous portions. The chicken goat cheese salad was also really good. We have found ourselves a great place to eat in OC and plan to return with the whole family on our next visit.Vegetarian options: Make sure to let them know if you are vegetarian, some dishes do have meat but they can prepare it without meat on request

We ordered two double beef kabob, and 12 " pizza. They didnt bother to ask if we wanted the kabobs well done or rare, they served them rare (raw), so, we asked them to cook the kabob well done, however, my husband kabob was properly cooked this time, but mine was still raw, so I had to ask again for a well done kabob, so the waitress took the kabob, and it took them a long time to bring my well done kabob. Same thing with the salad, they don't ask what dressing you want, they just serve you the salad with the dressing they wanted. And at the end, they added without our consent a 20% gratuity ( tip) summing up a total of$ 120 bill, for poor quality food.Do not go there

The best meal I have had so far in Ocean City. The couple that runs this place are so friendly. The food, bellisima! I can smell the garlic waking by, which eating in excess helps my immune system flourish. I had to stop myself from eating every last bite because they would have had to roll me out of there. I am already looking forward to late night bites from my fridge. They made me feel like my nana was back there making sure I was happy and full❤️‍?

The breakfast was awful, nothing fresh. Straight from the freezer. The table was dirty, had to ask multiple times to get it cleaned off. Asked for a water, never got one. Food came out and never checked on us. Again couldn't eat it, it was awful! Then went to pay to get out of there and there was an 18% gratuity already added. It was just myself and my husband, not a large party. Would never eat there again, if you don't want your morning ruined, don't eat there either.

Shrimp scampi was good, I enjoyed my dish. The pizza wasn't as good as I expected. It could have been left to cook for a few more min. The dough was pretty soft while not undercooked. So the others in my party did not enjoy their meal as much as I had.The service that I had while visiting was pretty bad while the waiter was friendly. Had to hunt down multiple times, including to get up from our table looking to find the waiter. They seemed more interested in socializing. For the price that you pay and expectations from previous friend's visits. We would not return to this location on visits to OCMD.We made a joke at the table about how long it even took for service before getting up ourselves to find someone that wouldn't even be noticed if we dined and dashed (we did not). We were getting tired of waiting. There were 90% empty tables outside.

Waited about 20 minutes to even get a menu and then another 15 minutes till are waitress came back to even ask about drinks. People who came to eat after us got their food before we did. Waitress was nice when she did come around but was never checked on to see if we needed anything else during are meal. The bill was 135 for 5 people then they had already added another 23 for a tip then wanted another tip on top of that. If the waitress would have been worth it she would have got another tip but she wasn't even worth the 23 they had already added.

We were attracted by the name, we were 3 couples, 5 of us ordered shrimp Alfredo and unfortunately it had a lot of black pepper, I have never had such bad pasta. And they don't know how to charge, we asked to split the bill into 3 cards, they said they couldn't, after insisting, they took the cards and half an hour later they came back with everything confused, they made 3 charges and one card and two more charges on another. It seems they had no cook and no cashier. Horrible experience .

Service was terrible and concerning. Our waiter disappeared for a long time and then we noticed him walking back up from the beach. There were at least 4 waiters and all but one mostly stood around talking and weren't concerned about serving customers. Probably why the place was practically empty when we arrived at a prime hour. Food was not great either, shrimp tasted super salty and not worth the price compared to other venues in the area which were much better. Atmosphere was nice that doesn't matter when food and service isn't.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at "Flavors of Italy," an Italian restaurant that left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that our evening would be far from enjoyable. The combination of terrible food and an excruciatingly long wait made this dining experience one to forget.Let's begin with the food. The menu at Flavors of Italy showcased a promising array of traditional Italian dishes, setting high expectations. However, it quickly became apparent that the quality of the ingredients and the execution of the recipes were severely lacking. The appetizers arrived lukewarm and lacked any discernible flavor. The calamari was rubbery, overcooked, and tasteless, and the bruschetta was soggy and lacked the freshness one would expect. As we moved onto the main courses, our dissatisfaction only grew. The pasta dishes were overcooked and drowned in a bland sauce that did little to elevate the taste. The pizza was a soggy mess, with a thin, undercooked crust and a sparse amount of toppings that lacked any distinct flavors. It was evident that the kitchen lacked attention to detail and failed to deliver the authentic Italian experience promised. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. Our orders were taken promptly, but the wait for our food was interminable. A reasonable expectation turned into a three-hour ordeal, and the staff made no effort to communicate or apologize for the delay. The lack of transparency and consideration for their customers' time was deeply disappointing.Throughout the evening, we attempted to flag down the waitstaff for updates, but they seemed disinterested and inattentive. The overall lack of professionalism was evident, as they appeared overwhelmed and untrained in handling the restaurant's operations during busy hours. It was a disheartening experience to witness the chaos and disorganization that unfolded before our eyes.Given the poor quality of the food and the excessively long wait, it is not surprising that the atmosphere suffered as well. The once-promising ambiance was overshadowed by frustrated diners and an air of dissatisfaction that permeated the restaurant. It was disheartening to witness multiple customers expressing their frustrations and disappointment, creating an unpleasant environment for all.In conclusion, my experience at "Flavors of Italy" was nothing short of a disaster. The terrible food, coupled with an excruciating three-hour wait, left a lasting negative impression. The lack of attention to detail, unprofessional service, and subpar culinary execution all contributed to an overall disappointing dining experience. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment, as it fails to deliver on its promises of authentic Italian cuisine and a pleasant dining experience.Vegetarian options: TerribleKid-friendliness: TerribleWheelchair accessibility: Terrible

Boardwalk food at boardwalk prices. Overall, not a bad spot but understand what you're walking into. Basic food but it was all pretty decent. Pizzas were all great! We wouldn't get the chicken and rice again or the Ziti.
