These are damn good donuts. Perfect size, super fluffy and cake like. Perfect for breakfast with milk, a late night snack, or a dessert.The staff is super kind and the options are plentiful. Nothing to dislike.

Fractured Prune is an OG donut / beach staple. The donuts always meet my expectations. At this particular location, I was a little turned off by the two staff members making the donuts. Even though both sides could clear see each other, the staff had no problem throwing the donuts in the dressing from far away like a game, or by laughing and aggressive dumping our donuts into the sauces. It's not a big deal, but it felt a little disrespectful / weird to see our food getting played with like that lol.

We picked out 6 different flavors and cut each donut in 1/4 so we could try all of them. My husband got a bagel breakfast sandwich and he said it was really good. We liked all six flavors of donuts we tried.

Ordered one donut. Total was $2.50 I paid with $3 cash and the cashier just kept the change! Got raspberry with Oreo cookie crumbs and it had no raspberry flavor. Definitely fresh though.

Absolutely delicious! Donuts are amazing but having a donut made fresh and to your specifications is entirely different. None of these disappointed, the flavors were perfect and they were incredible fresh and warmed up (directions are on the box). If you’re a donut lover this is a place for you!

The PRICES have gotten out of control. I understand inflation but this is beyond out of hand!! The service was so slow and there were only 2 people in front of me. I have been going from Day 1 and they have priced themselves out of the market. No more lines out the door. The guy tossing my doughnuts like basketball shots for toppings. The doughnuts are still great tasting. But customer service and prices are now Over The TOP!! Thanks for the memories as these are not that good for that price!! I'm so disappointed.

Hot freshly made donuts. We did online order ahead. Donuts were ready and hot at scheduled pick up time. Delicious. If you go in person you can essentially design your own donut

Ordered online for in store pickup. Went to pick up was told they do t take online orders even though they are listed . Was told my order was at a different location. No way to call other location as it was just a recording and mailbox was full . Shop owner insisted he had no affiliation with the other location. Teenage employee stood smirking and laughing while my toddler kids cried . Really a bad look for fp brand I had went several times to quite a few locations but would not go again . Basic common courtesy would have gone a long way .

The 127th and 144th street locations are my favorite. The staff is super quick and friendly. They take credit card at both locations. OC sand is the best, but I always get at least a dozen so I can eat other flavors.
