The place was very clean and nicely decorated/ laid out. The counter help was extremely pleasant and helpful. The ice cream was delicious as was the slice of cheese cake. Coffee was good also. The business looked brand new and clean, although it has been opened for a while. No regrets.
I've been driving all over town this summer getting milkshakes. Only to find out now in mid September there's a great place across the street. My wife enjoyed the cookies and cream milkshake and I had a delicious salted caramel. Well worth the walk across Baltimore Ave and Philadelphia Ave.

Service is so friendly and quick. Everything made in house & sandwiches made by hand. Coffee was so tasty. I got a large vanilla iced latte with oat milk & cold foam on top and girl I'm so thankful we ventured out from our usual Starbucks or Dunkin on our end of summer OC trip.
