My family and I visit Ocean City every year and this was our first time trying Malia's cafe on 18th street. Having visited Hawaii many times, the atmosphere and colors were very familiar to me as it is very ocean, aquatic, and Hawaiian themed. Very beautiful, friendly and inviting cafe, cute as well. The breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely fantastic experience 3x in a row here at Malia’s while on vacation in early October at Ocean City, MD.My girlfriend and I tried the breakfast burrito and Belgian waffle and bagel egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich as well as the oatmeal with fruit. Everything was seriously fantastic - I’m not just saying that and it’s ok - it is actually VERY tasty and very good quality food. Some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had when eating out and what a secret spot. Never over crowded, great service, really fantastic. Come here, as you won’t regret the choice.

Malia's café is okay. We weren't impressed on our recent visit. The waitresses are dressed in the skimpiest bottoms possible, micro mini skirts, I guess some people like that look while eating. I had a waffle, it was the worst waffle I've even had. good bacon though! We won't visit again. I wouldn't recommend it with so many other choices in OC!

We have stayed at the spinnaker hotel for the past 6 years. We come for the car show weekend in October. The only day we eat somewhere else is wednesdays cause they are closed. The breakfast here is delicious, the staff is amazing, friendly and u can have breakfast and not break the bank.

My wife and I have been coming to Malia's since they opened. Today was the worst service we've had at any place in OC in a long time. It took 10 min for someone to take our drink order, which by that time, two other tables had been seated and got service. Because of the wait, we ordered our food along with our drinks. My wife ordered coffee and the cup arrived with coffee running down the sides. It then took another 35 min for food to arrive. Meanwhile tables that came in after us and outside all got food. Some had even left. When our food did arrive, my omelette had potatoes, which I asked to be omitted, and I did not get the 2nd English muffini had ordered. Also, my wife asked for a coffee refill. It took another 10 min for her to get coffee and 15 for my second muffin to arrive. At that point I asked for it to be removed from the order. I expressed my displeasure at the poor service and our server seemed unfazed.It's a shame because they have good food, and we've had decent service in the past, although it hasn't been consistently so. We come back for the food. But there are lots other places in OCMD with great food and much better service. It will be a while before we try Malia's again.

Stopped in for breakfast. I had eggs and seasoned potatoes and marbled rye! Yum! Husband had bagel with egg and bacon. Healthy portion of eggs and crunchy bacon. Very reasonably priced.
