Placed a delivery order. Employee verified they delivered to my location. Waited over an hour and no pizza showed up. Called to see where the food was and then was told that our location (which was 7 miles away) was not in their territory. Asked for manager and he was just as dumb as the worker and offered nothing for our inconvenience. Used excuse that they were too busy. Would not recommend this place.

To be perfectly honest, the pizza might be the worst food I’ve ever consumed. However, the people that were working, were the nicest people I’ve ever met. If it were not for the incredible service, it would be zero stars, but I am a huge fan of the people working. I would never in 1 million years recommend eating their food but the people they hire seem to be great.

Pizza TUGOS is our absolute go to place in OCMD for pizza. This is in my opinion the best pizza in OCMD and I've been coming here since the mid 60"s .

I’ve passed by pizza Tugos my whole life but have stayed loyal to my favorite pizza spots (pizanos, ponzettis, and Grotto). This time my wife and I arrived late to the condo and Tugos was the only place open so we bought a pizza. I’m so glad we did! Tugos is a really great Pizza joint and has the authentic OC pizza taste.

Ordered boneless wings they were just very small pieces of chicken burned to a crisp, pizza was decent
I was worried when I saw the Google rating, but to my pleasant surprise, everything was great! Our service was excellent. They have my niece and nephew balls of dough while we waited. The bread sticks and pizza were phenomenal. Their was a layer of cornmeal on the pizza crust that set it above most, and the sauce had a slightly sweet and delicious taste. The only downside is that they only serve sweetened tea.

Pizza Tugos is an Ocean City institution. The pizza is always hot and delicious: thin crust with a cornmeal dusting, fresh toppings, and yummy sauce. The kids meal portions are generous. Staff were friendly and the service was prompt. Dinner for four and we were in and out in 45 minutes, with an appetizer. I've been coming for 20 years and will definitely come back.

Thankfully, we were all hungry.Got three pizzas a chees, pepperoni and hawaiian was the highlight to my other guests that ate it. (Don't like Hawaiian. Been there, ate that. Didn't like it.)Was going to be a two but it make my guests happy, so here is a star.

Great place to stop and have food/ drink in West OC. Some of the best pizza around town. Lively atmosphere, especially on Friday’s when they have a band. Dan has been taking care of me ever since the Covid era… boy was that a night… love this place and all the people here!

I’ve actually never had take out as bad as this place. The chicken cheesesteak meat tasted like Steakum meat - but chicken. My husband had a chicken casadilla that he said was just ok but his stomach hurt all night after eating it. My son had spaghetti which was probably the sorriest excuse for spaghetti ever. It was noodles with what looked and tasted like they opened a can of tomato paste and spooned some on. It wasn’t saucy at all. They did deliver fast, but the food was abysmal!!!
