It is so easy to change your status to appear as temporarily closed on Google. Instead, it says you are open. Imagine our annoyance when a security guard told us that this establishment is closed for the season.

Passed it bc it was not clear how to get in. Called the restaurant twice, no answer. As my husband said, “if it’s that difficult to get in, we’ll go somewhere else”

staff was so beyond rude. got nasty looks and comments the entire time we were there even though we were nothing but nice. they only take one check if you go with more than one person and god forbid you ask to split the check. they did it anyways and afterwords acted like we were awful for asking when they could have just told us no. i used to love this place and i’ll never go back, not even worth your time.

Two things to be aware of before you plan to go to the jungle bar. Number one: if you want to be at the outside bar, which is where the live music takes place, keep in mind it's always in the shade in the afternoon and evening. It can get quite windy and cold back there even on warm days.Number two: the staff can get quite snippy when they are really, really busy. I can hardly blame them, but if you're not expecting it, it can hurt your feelings! Generally, they're very good natured and fun and love their jobs. Be kind to them and tip them well!I think the food is above average for a bar, and most of the musical acts are above average as well. You have a great view of the ocean and beach there. Prices are reasonable for this inflationary age we live in. What more could you ask for at the beach?

Extremely rude staff. Went once woman behind bar extremely rude. I ordered drinks and food. Again next day ordered two virgin drinks and food. Wanted to pay while waiting for food. Man behind bar said that his machine wasn’t letting him bypass PIN number. Either give him my pin or another card. I told him I wanted to use that card can he try another register, he said no it would screw up that register. Extremely rude staff on more then one occasion.

We went here to see a band we like. The place was great! The outside bar was a party with the nicest group of bartenders. We didn't eat but the food looked good. I'll be back.

For real great place for music food and cold beverages. A local favorite for happy hour any day of the week. ... Dude, you won't believe the rad time I had at this gnarly outside patio bar, bro! The grub was totally awesome, man – like, mouthwatering and plenty to keep me fueled for the day's epic adventures. And oh, the live bands, man, they were totally tubular! Every single day, they cranked out some sick tunes, and the vibe was just unreal. If you're looking for a spot with killer food, endless eats, and the sickest live jams, this place is the wave to ride, bro! Catch you there! ?

WOW, some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. It’s a small restaurant and indoor dining requires a reservations. That can be problematic since you might have to leave a message with the details about your reservation request and they will call you back only if they can honor your request - that really leaves things in limbo if you’re here on a short visit. So call before you get to town - it’s worth it. We ate the seafood special for about $28, but there were several other things available less expensive. It’s a shame they do not post the menu with prices online - I didn’t understand that and I initially thought this was going to be an overpriced night out, but I was pleasantly surprised. After dinner, we sat outside and listed to the band while enjoying a cocktail. Just a note of caution, the outside dining experience is very limited and you do not get most of the things that are served inside. I think the outside menu is more like burgers, crab cakes, and whatever is on the grill and your drink choices outside are limited as well. I liked both the inside & outdoor experience, but I think we’ll go listen to the music the next time and just have a simple meal. The outside dining does not require a reservation and the patio area is huge. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The only issue is access to the dining areas are not the best for people with walking issues or in a wheelchair. Also, parking is at the far end of the parking structure. Don’t park in the spots by the front door labeled “V” - these are for vendors and you’ll get towed. The front desk person will give you a parking pass for the garage and parking is free.

Says seat yourself. We sat down for 15 mins and not one person acknowledged us or anything. No wonder the bar is empty at 8pm.
