It was the most humiliating experience I have ever had. We were here for a wonderful time. We did not have a pleasant experience. My friend ordered one item, but was brought something else. We told the waitress that was not what was ordered, the waitress then proceeded to be VERY VERBAL THAT WHAT SHE BROUGHT WAS WHAT WAS ORDERED. VERY LOUD WE ALL TRIED TO TELL HER THAT WAS NOT ORDERED. Snatched the plate and said will do the order. She was rude when she brought the correct meal, and very loud. My ribs were cold. My husband's steak was rare when he ordered it medium well. I have never had a more horrible meal and such disgusting service. And we are visitors here from North Carolina. We will NEVER VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

Been wanting to try for sometime since moving here in Nov 2023. Disappointed! Son got a steak and every bike was pure fat or grizzle. When letting server know she got her manager. She offered another meal but, son was grossed out and didn't want anything. Gave us 20% off his meal which he didn't eat. Hum!My Vlcrab. legs were great but, who messes these up.Another note when you walk in it smells very fishy too.

UPDATE-Went from 5 to 3 stars. Based on my inability to reach Management in reference to their AMAZING EMPLOYEE! Not being able to reach Management is a big No-No in my book.SARA WAS AN AMZING BARTENDER/HOST ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONAL!!Sara greeted us with the warmth and enthusiasm of a cheerleader. She made a Vodka Mule that is UNPARALLELED!! PERIOD! Our food was beyond expectations; the Coconut shrimp was large, succulent & had a Thai sauce to die for! The Potato Skins were so delightful that the sour cream was unnecessary. Now to the main course; I had the apple, chicken salad sans the chicken. It was enormous and amazing! I had the potato with broccoli with butter garlic sauce OMG! My husband had the BBQ Bacon Mahi Mahi with mashed potatoes, DIVINE! We got the Turtle Cheesecake to go, sinful! Do yourself a favor, two words, DO IT or GO THERE!!! Trust and believe I do not take these ratings lightly, they earned & deserve this rating! ALL THE WAY YASSSS ????

Take out was fast & the hostess was very friendly at pick up. Pleasantly surprised at how plump the coconut shrimp were. Unfortunately the sauce was a complete miss. Tasted like orange marmalade & hot sauce mixed together. Wouldn’t mind seeing a more traditional sauce or maybe a jalapeño orange
