This is the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced, I've had several bad experiences here with the service and the food. Thought I'd give them another chance today and once again they screwed up my order.

This place can't get custom food orders correct I had ordered a plain burger and got everything on it still and this was not the first time it happened. Also the burger it self was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out awhile. If you are going to stop by this place I would say go to another one that is close I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

It's McDonald's the food is the same at all of them. Unfortunately going thru the drive thru in Ocean Pines you are more likely than not to get an Incorrect order or missing items.Go to others

It was exquisite and majestic, and all those big words
They refuse to bring the food to the table. Why did the McDonald's corporation install kiosks and table tents in all the restaurants??? Because the employees don't want to bring the food to the table. It would be lovely and nice for the customer if they were willing to do that service. But they won't.

Food tastes bad i have been for dinner and breakfast back to back. Service was amazing at night at the drive thru. The quality is bad. Fries were stale. The biscuit was dry this morning. The other sandwich wasnt much better ?

Had almost a 30 minute waite in the drive-thru lane. Will NOT go to the Ocean Pines McDonalds anymore, but instead I will drive the two extra miles to go the McDonald's on rt 50.

I cook in west ocean city and sometimes get off pretty late craving a burger. The crew tonight at this McDonald’s really hooked me up w a great meal.I’m pretty sure they’re a little short staffed but even w a full lot the cooks turned out a great meal for me after a hard shift. I appreciate their dedication to feeding the community even when times are tough. Keep up the great stuff! ???
