If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lady named Jean who works here is so rude every single time we come in. If you pay extra for anything and not get it, she will argue with you and not give it to you. She is completely disrespectful and could care less about satisfying any customer. Worst employee I have ever met!!Would not recommend going if that lady is there!!

The service here is excellent. A miscommunication led to my son's burger having green peppers (easy to pick off) and the staff offered to remake his burger. We had wings and burgers and they were delicious. We plan to go back soon.

I walked into this establishment to place an order and while in line and an employee went to the back door and the green door swang open i witnessed an employee eatingchicken wings while placing g other wings in a container for a customers order. Licking fingers and all. I turned around immediately and left. Please avoid this place at all cost. That’s just what I saw. Imagine what we don’t see ?

So Saturday we ordered wings and requested well done. The two young men made sure my food was perfect. Today rushing at lunch time I ordered and requested eings well done. The boy at the register was on his phone the entire time. Showed me my food and rushing I returned to work to find soft wings absolutely gross. Just get rid of him at this point. He should have been cleaning restocking something. Won't be back 12.00 for nothing but hush puppies.Parking: Large lot shopping center

Chance you will get fresh wings with a-lot sauce or seasoning or reheated wings served to you in 2mins flat from ordering them with barely sauce or season. I guess depends on who is back there cooking.

I placed an order on Oct 17 for pick up on Oct 29th. I went there to get my order, they said it wasn’t ready but they was working on it. After waiting for 30-40 mins, I was told that it was almost done. Come to find out they was never working on my order. They accused me of already picking up my order a week earlier. They wanted me to repay for my whole order which was almost $100. Since my event was less than 1 before show time, we came to an agreement that I would pay half the amount. They would have to check their surveillance cameras to show proof that I was telling the truth. They gave us our half amount that we paid back but it was the worst experience ever trying to get that taken care of. I will never go back there again
