The MD Crab soup and Cream of Crab soup were not good. The Crab Cakes were okay, didn’t know they standardly come fried.. Fried Shrimp was okay. Hush Puppies were great! The prices are decent for what you get. Asked for Tartar sauce atleast 3 times and we got all Cocktail sauce.

Maybe potatoes are used to“s-t-r-e-t-c-h” the perception of crab where it’s nearly absent?My quick Google check for Maryland Cream of Crab recipe ingredients found almost no variation: cream or half-n-half, butter, onion, Old Bay, sometimes parsley, sometimes Sherry. Two cream of crab recipes (one in the mid-west, one using. Dungeness crabs) added other thins, but NEVER said they were Maryland Cream of Crab.Buyer beware.These folks probably justify selling fake and adulterated for the genuine.Don’t rely on how they label what they’re selling. Like Chinese products on Amazon - the label doesn’t guarantee getting what you pay for.That said, my wife and I enjoyed our profoundly average “Cream of Potato” soup for what was supposed to be a special weekend lunch. At $20 a quart it was overpriced.

This little gem of a place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. Crab cakes were huge and delicious. Everything we ordered was plentiful and very good. Will definitely be going back the next time we are in that area of Maryland.

The crabs are great but the guy that answered the phone provided the worst customer service on the planet and is bad for business considering I spend a lot of money there. Just a heads up do anyone thinking about calling in an order. And he doesn't care if you take your business elsewhere because he doesn't own the company. That message is for the management there.
