I place an order for delivery at 1:07 pm. The driver Roxanne left the store to deliver at 1:20pm. The making of the pizza was real fast. Literally,I live right around the corner two minutes tops. I seen the driver rode right past my apartment complex and delivered to multiple people first. 30 minutes passed she still Delivering. I called the store to cancel my order, the lady rudely hanged the phone up. When I called back she tried to denied and say that the phone got disconnected. They have no customer service or people skills. Don't get mad at me because of your driver bad service.To the driver, I know why you did what you did. Because you didn’t see any tip you feel like delivering my pizza was the last one going to be on your list. What you didn’t know I was tipping you in cash!! I will file a complaint against you and the person that rudely hunged the phone up.In addition, I really hope my money is returned back into my account. It’s no need to respond and make it seem like you all for the customers. The behavior that was displayed today shows that your not!

So hit or miss. I have times when they get the pizza here really fast and piping hot but times like tonight, where the tracker says my order was completed and delivered when it wasn’t…I get it 25 minutes later and it is barely warm!

if i could give this place negative stars I would!! Ordered food at 9:40 and didn't get to us until 11:46!! Food was cold and we called several times and were hung up on 3 times!! NEVER order from this place!!

I've given this place too many chances, but the pizza that left their store today should be the standard picture of what a pizza SHOULDN'T look like. The fact that this pizza left the kitchen is astounding. Shame on them and their lack of quality control. I had to throw the pizza in the oven, not because it was cold, but because it was literally a drooping, soggy mess. I even had to add my own pepperonis and cheese to it. Do not recommend and will not be going back. The coupons aren't worth it.
