They never have any good donuts left before noon and they take to long.

I work 2 jobs, literally 7 days a week. Most of my breakfast options are to grab Dunkin on the way to work. Well I decided to grab breakfast before work, and this isn't the first time. Last time I went in and got a new order. But it's a bit ridiculous that yall can't look at this and not have the decency to be like "Oh I wouldn't eat this, it's burnt. Hold on, let me make a new one." I work in the food service industry and I wouldn't serve this.

I come to this location often because it’s close to my work. In the evenings the staff is always on point. But in the morning I feel like I’m asking someone to do me a favor instead of their actual job. As a former fast food working I’m going to be as empathetic as I possibly can in this review. The drive through cash handlers are always friendly, however there is an older lady who takes orders is terrible this conclusion in based on several interactions over time. She is curt, she will either input cold when you ask for hot or vice versa, I’ve asked for oat milk and received almond on top of the face that if I ask for a signature latte XL she will argue about it like it’s impossible to do. Myself and other customers shouldn’t have to go somewhere else because of poor service, I implore y’all to do better. Whoever is in charge please take to her because I can’t be the only one complaining about this. You’re right across from a military base and several businesses. You could be making money hand over fist. Easily.

Worst dunken I have been to. They force you to use a kiosk system like you are an employee. I told them that I don't use kiosk as I am not employed by dunken donuts. I was ignored, and I left. I took a picture of the sign at the register.

Lazy workers, zero customer service skills. Straight up got ignored at the register for 5+ minutes. Couldn't even get a simple "someone will be with you in a moment."

So many top bad reviews for this place. Sure it's true, but also it's dunkin ,never expect much from fast food. Staff is mid AR best, definitely on the weaker end but who knows how much they get paid and what the work conditions are like. Just take what you get and don't come back for awhile, there are plenty of dunkins everywhere go to the one that you like, visit this one again after a few months and hope that something has changed if you have to go to this one.

Why is there 2 inches worth of mocha syrup at the bottom.????? I thought I was given a wrong drink or tea by mistake. This really just pissed me off!!!!!!! And I order here frequently and I never received such B.S. The Annapolis rd and Hanover location are so much better!!!!!

If I could give this location no stars... service was AWFUL! Lauren (the cashier) is a moron, who doesn't know the menu, over-charged me not once but TWICE! I ordered a two-scoop sundae, which on the menu board is $5.79. I asked for hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, but no cherry. She told me that the fudge was not hot and "was that ok" - "sure" I replied. She charged me an additional .89 for whipped cream, .99 for maple walnuts for a total of $7.81. When I asked her whether the sundae comes with whipped cream and nuts (it does - see picture below of their menu board) she replied "I don't know - maybe" I asked her to correct the order to remove the whipped cream and maple walnuts (which I did NOT ask for and was not on the sundae - she then backed the charge off, re-ran the order and now my total was $8.13. The breakdown: $5.79 for the sundae, .89 for chopped almonds and .99 for HOT FUDGE (hey Princess Clueless - isn't that what I ordered - a HOT FUDGE sundae). I was so frustrated and I just drove off. What a complete and utter bonehead (Lauren - in case you're reading this - I'll pause and let you look up the big words in the review so you understand what I'm trying to say). This location used to be great. The service is now TERRIBLE, the place is a mess/sloppy and the counter-girls seem to be more interested in flirting with the 'hood rats then getting an order correct. There are two others down the road - go there. Avoid this location like the clap.

Their coffee is good but the donuts have fallen far behind the competition. Their donuts taste almost like bread compared to their competitors. Krispy Kreme and Shipleys are significantly better.

It's a shame really, I went in to get a breakfast sandwich for myself and one for the homeless guy and a cup of. What I got was a burnt breakfast that wasn't asked for.

I ordered ahead through the App so I didn't have to wait long, but other than calling my number, there was no greeting. The lobby area was cool, so nothing stayed hot for long. It was my first time at this location.

We frequently go to this location because the staff is usually friendly and fairly quick. But, we may have to go elsewhere because the food is frequently low quality. Look at this burnt croissant they sold us today. Pitiful.
