Tried this restaurant couple times, the food tastes good but they overcharge us every time. When we did lunch menu they just charged full price and didn't give us pork fried rice and soup was supposed to come with it. I was trying to explain and asked about the pork fried rice on the phone when ordering but the person on the phone just said the pork fried rice would cost more. English is not my first language and when I came to pay they just gave me bill for the whole order so i didnt know which order cost how much, but later found out that they were just charging full prices... will just go to a different place next time.

First time. Went in right around 3pm. Ordered my favorite Chinese dish (Hunan shrimp) from the lunch menu. Took typical 10-15 minutes. If you like seeing your food prepared this isn’t the place for you. Shrimp and broccoli and baby corn perfectly cooked. Sauce very good. The container had mostly pork fried rice beneath the perfectly cooked food. Ugggh. What ever happened to fresh fried rice with veggies and egg? Looking over the menu this pork fried rice is offered all over the place. I usually prefer fried rice but not this stuff. I’m not against eating pork but whatever this is they’re serving I don’t ever want it again! Bottom line, the food is good but they need to serve REAL fried rice and leave the pork at home. I would have been very satisfied with that same amount of steamed rice. If you go, pay attention when ordering and stay away from the pork fried rice.

This restaurant has been take out only for a few years. It has been my fave Chinese restaurant for a decade. The owner is so friendly and cooks a great meal.Parking: Large free shared lots with neighboring businesses. Never a problem getting a spot.

I found a roach in my food and when I called they tried to act like it wasn't there even though we have a photo. Mind you I'm pregnant. This place needs shit down. It was a roach!

Tried this place this evening and I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time.I ordered chicken fried rice. Portion size was huge (which was great, I was excited for leftovers for lunch tomorrow), but I took one bite of the chicken (?) and then picked it all out. The rice itself had no flavor, and the chicken was shiny, almost like jello in consistency and had a strange smell. Very disappointing. I'm still torn as to whether it was dodgy chicken or possibly seafood of some kind. Sadly won't be returning.

We placed a large order for New Years Eve...it was excellent, hot and only a half hour wait! We'll be back!
Unfortunately we have stopped going to Hunan China Piney Orchard due to the increase in prices. The food is good but we can't justify the increase in price that doesn't add value to what we were getting before the increase. If you increase price, increase the value of your products to make the increase worth it.

Have gotten food there since their opening many years ago. Consistently good to us and the lady who owns it is very friendly. No longer dine in but we mostly did carry out anyway. It’s our go to place for this type of food. Yum!

This food was HORRIBLE. Fried wings were caked up with flour & salty. Rice was pure salt and a mushy texture.

Food is fantastic, but they are really REALLY bad at answering the phone to take an order. I routinely have to drive there first to place the order. Several times I've been told that they just came in late and couldn't answer the phone.I reiterate though the food is great. The reviews here saying the food is bad either are not being truthful or just had an off experience.
