This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. While I was ordering the person was rushing me through my order. Lo and behold they got the order wrong and the kfc famous bowl was disappointing to say the least. The chicken was extremely hard and dry and the gravy was disgusting. This place seriously needs an overhaul.
The day I walked into KFC, they were severely understaffed. As a matter of fact, the manager was the only person there. She handled the ordering, cooking, and serving up the food as if there was a full crew working, and she did it all with a smile.I actually asked if she was the only one working since she did it so well.
