I've never been inside to truly drop a 5 star on the Atmosphere. The 4 star is for the difficulty of entering and exiting.Ok so I've never not received fresh hot food from this location. My order has always been correct except for one time.I appreciate this location for not reducing the size of their big macs. I still need two hands for it at this locations lol.It was disappointing that the adult Happy Meal wasn't available ? though advertised.The McDonalds in Severn are definitely playing games.

Horrible customer service. They people who work the drive thru always have attitudes. The have a problem with giving you sauce for your nuggets, and have an attitude when you ask for more sauce. I ordered three nuggets meals and they only wanted to give me two sauces. Most of the time they ask what sauce you would like, just to not even put it in the bag or happy meal!

This mcdonald's has gone downhill so fast. Orders are consistently incorrect and none of the people in the drive thru even speak to you. Not even a "here ya go" or a "hello" just gives you a bag and you have to hope that it's right or even your order. Especially in the morning, the woman who takes orders enters the wrong meals/drinks, and wrong sizes even when you specify.

Made mobile order around 730 AM and chose curb pick up. Arrived 8 mins later. Upfated the app to say that i was there. Waited almost 20 minutes, and then the app changed and said that I hope I enjoy my food. I noticed while waiting that the Drive Thru was going fast and without issue. People ordering and continuing on with their life. Never received food and went inside. The employee i talked to mumbled something about the system being down, then made my order after I showed my digital receipt.Returning to my car, I noticed a customer who pulled in 5 mins after me that was waiting for her order. I went to her car and told her she'll have to go inside and pick up her order instead. She got out to go pick up her order and I left.This is the second time I've waited 20+ mins after ordering curb side pick up at this particular McDonald's. Never reviewed the first time I ordered from this location as i didn't think it was an issue then, but having it done a second time shows that they have an issue of delivering curbside orders.

Worst McDonalds ever and I think its the manager but when I asked for sweet and sour he told me no bc I didn't order nuggets and everytime I dash here he is rude and unpleasant! And I asked for a water cup once to get water he said he doesn't give out water cups and the next day I picked up a dash there and he was giving ppl water cups and the bathrooms are nasty
The shrinkflation at McDonald's is absolutely insane. A medium fry now costs what a large used to be, while being the size of a small.

I always get a number 5 when I go there for lunch and the food is always fresh. The customer service is great as well; the stylish lady at the counter is the best; asks you how your day is, shares a joke or two, then makes sure you get your food nice and quickly. My favorite location by far.

A decent McDonald's. They have several kiosks, but for some reason they wouldn't read my credit card chip. Small parking are that gets filled quickly. Fast service. A bit of a pain getting out of because of a nearby traffic
