My order is the same every time. 3 piece combo white meat. In the 3 or so years I've come here don't think I have ever received the right order. Either a piece is missing, or its dark meat (which I don't particularly like) or something is missing. Its my fault though because I keep coming back to this location instead of the one in Severn that is only 10 minutes away. One of these days I will remember this one is FUBAR.

I went here and i was ordering . there is this fat hispanic lady with double chins and layers who took my order. shes insanely rude and inpatient, I believe shes a manager she was rude to not only me but all of my friends. Def fire her and get a better patient manager who deals with customer nicely.

Normal chicken. Average fast food restaurant. Good place for fast food. Recommend, obviously not fine dining.
Popeyes is an amazing dining establishment. One of their associates, Ryan, was a most kind and helpful soul. He was also a culinary expert. He knew exactly how much salt to put on the 10 Popeyes biscuits I ordered, which usually do not have enough salt for my tastes, due to my abnormally high sodium tolerance. All in all, 101% of my dining requirements were met.

I know it was early 11 o’clock my chicken was undercooked! Tried to call to inform them, but the phone number is connected to a persons landline. Lucky I live close They replace the chicken.

This is the worst location ever. The management and customer service is horrible. The wait time inside and at the drive thru is ridiculous. I avoid this location and go to the crofton location, which is 10 minutes out of my way.
