I just want to send a VERY special thank you to all the staff at the Wegmans in Waugh Chapel who helped with my lost doggy Rubio. He had escaped and made his way to the area. The staff at Wegmans did not hesitate to help make sure he was kept safe and found. ❤️ I sincerely appreciate your grace and kindness.

I stopped by while staying at the nearby Microtel. It was about 9pm and it was still open. Nice selection of hot and deli foods as well as being a regular market. I was impressed. Would recommend!

First time totally dissatisfied with Wegmans. Curbside pickup was cancelled due to no workers to pick order and then I went inside and even though website indicated in stock items, they were out of almost everything on list.

My family and friends love the Virginia Beach VA Wegmans store and shop there every week. The staff and store are terrific! We enjoyed their pizzas with the signature thin pizza crusts. Best pizza in town. Unfortunately their corporate office recently decided to remove the gas fire brick oven for a conveyor oven and also changed the pizza crust to a thick and tasteless crust. Someone in the corporate office was not thinking this one through -this location did an amazing amount of pizza business.

I love this store. They have a great selection of excellent quality produce. Their store-brand items are all a good bet. Wegmans stores always have plenty of cashiers - a rarity around here!

We come to Wegmans every Saturday to grocery shop and so my son can visit his best cow friend in the cheese section. The staff always greets him and gives him fist bumps...he loves it there!

We went to Wegmans yesterday and purchased, among other things, an Apple Crostata. $14 for this crostata. Much to our dismay, opening it up at home, there were gnats in it. Can you say NASTY? If I shop at Wegmans again, it won't be this location. Ewwwww.

LOVE Wegmans! Always such a great experience! I do wish they had some better prices on certain items but the broad range of choices make it worthwhile!

Really been responsive, and relatively well stocked, during COVID (they use instacart). Been happy with the selection and the speed/quality/freshness/price, compared to several other grocery delivery choices (fresh market, Safeway, and Amazon fared less well). Crab cakes were a treat during pandemic as we're choosing to not eat at restaurants, and in a competitive seafood local market that is Annapolis, theirs are very good. Competitive against the best restaurants. Well done and keep it up.

while visiting our son in Annapolis our stay isn't complete without a stop at Wegmans! It's truly the Disney World of grocers!

Scammers. If you purchase the crabcakes in a four pack, you're charged $26 lb, but if you only need two crabcakes, thinking you're saving money, you're charged $36 lbs. That's some serious BS Wegmans!! What a scam. Always purchase the four pack and freeze extras. Save yourself $10 a lb.

I love Wegmans. Maybe even more than Whole Foods. Their seafood is great. So is the meat department. A lot less inventory here in both areas than Whole Foods, but it's comparable quality without feeling like you need a second mortgage to shop here. I buy my cod filets here for $6.99 a pound and it's much thicker and much better quality than its counterpart at Safeway/Giant for the exact same price. Same with the catfish filets. Their king crab legs are above average size for $30/LB. I pick up beautiful pink sea scallops, rainbow trout fillets and wild-caught Gulf shrimp. Speaking of wild caught, like most all seafood here is v. the farm-raised stuff most other stores tend to carry. Their bone-in thick cut pork chops are lovely. Artfully trimmed. Very large & well-appointed produce department. They even have big bags of those cotton candy grapes that are delicious. I love their sushi also. When I'm not at a sushi bar and I have to buy grocery store sushi - Wegmans is it. Comparable quality, surprisingly. No overwhelming usage of rice as tends to be the case when purchased at non-traditional venues. Same with their pre-assembled meals, fruit trays and baked goods. Terrific quality and care in prepping. Great to pop in the oven or the microwave without feeling like you're buying "grocery store" food. You could easily pass it off at a party as your own if you were too lazy to cook lol. Be sure to replate it okay? Lots of durable and non-durable national brands mixed in with others you may not be as well acquainted with. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. They often take the time and pack your bags and put rubber bands around all your containers that might open or leak in transit and even tie your bags off so there's nothing falling out. It's an overall quality experience and you can definitely feel the difference here. Abundant parking. Heavy duty shopping carts & plastic bags - even those are better quality than most places. Surprised I never reviewed Weggies. Love it!

It's a decent Wegmans. Good customer service. Food in hot bats that's exactly edible for human consumption, pre covid days. This store seems to be a lot bigger than other MD stores. Produce is always neat, organized and well stocked. Lets talk about the bakery! Do not come here on an empty stomach, you shopping cart will be full. I am a big fan of their cold pressed orange juice. Thats my one splurge item here. Its expensive but so is a Starbucks latte. Seafood department is always having the freshest oysters and scallops. There frozen bags of scallops are just as good too. Roistterrie sp Chicken is good, if you get it early afternoon. If not, forget it!! However, I do have to knock a star down, for their sushi, its just awful. Rice is just gummy and fish is cheap and old quality. What I like about Wegmans is that they seem to carry a lot of International foods Spanish, Thai, Chinese, Indian etc, unlike Giant or Safeway, they would cram all that into one aisle. Associates here are very friendly and checking out is fast. Parking lot is clean and well lit at night.

Having been shopping at Wegmans for many years, long before they came to Maryland; it sad to see how far they have gone downhill. I went there today and it looked like it was going out of business. Many times in the past the shelves have been empty and that was before the Covid, but today it was really bad. Not sure what they are thinking in the bakery department, but only sell muffins, etc. in packs of four and above. If you want just one must go to carryout section to get one. However, today was informed only selling in 4 packs they really hate their customers. The other grocery stores you can buy bake good in ones. Guess Wegman's is running out of money and need to get the most dollars for all bakery item. The have a great bread selection and that is now the only reason I go there. Sadly, the stores are poorly run and in some areas you can only buy Wegmans brands. The stocking staff are rude, but not as rude and the instacart people. Stopped going every week now once a month and I can remember spending $400 on one shopping day at Wegmans NO MORE.
