If I could do ZERO STARS, I would in an instant!!!!!!!This is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my 40 years on this earth. EVERY OTHER TIME I go, they give me the wrong drink and insist that it is right. I order my lattes with skim milk and every other visit, they give me whole milk and insist that it is skim. Would YOU like to pay for and consume something that you dont like???? During my last (AND FINAL) visit, yet again, they give me my latte with WHOLE MILK eventhough on the mobile order it EXPLICITLY SAYS SKIM. I take a sip before I drive away and low and behold, it is WHOLE MILK. I tell the guy at the drive through it is not skim, then the manager comes over and ARGUES WITH ME saying that it is SKIM and that "he will not make 2 drinks for me everytime i go there." Who was asking you to make 2 drinks for me?? How about this, make it right the FIRST TIME and you won't have to make a second one. I am convinced that the Pakistanis that run this DD are ANTI-SEMETIC and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and will be urging them NOT TO GO THERE. This is HORRIBLE customer service and if I am paying for a product, it should be made CORRECTLY. I will be contacting corporate today and WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hate to be that guy, but if I could I’d give negative stars. I ordered two sundaes for my son and myself. One was a brownie Sunday which ended up being two scoops of some weird fruity ice cream and peanut butter. My sons was missing all toppings and my drink was spoiled. Phones were ignored and door dash offered me a $5 refund. I paid $40 for 4 scoops of disgusting ice cream with no toppings and a spoiled drink. Good job guys, shame on me for not checking your reviews first.

Worst value of any ice cream shop I have visited. The single scoop, over 3 dollars, and the employee took extra care to make sure it was cleanly portioned to only be inside the small scoop, not exceeding one bit (much unlike their photos, of course). This amounted to a scoop that wasn't even full since it wasn't round. Tiny scoop on top of an empty cone. Sure, that's a single scoop alright. If it was gourmet ice cream, a fantastic experience, great service, something.... you might walk away feeling ok. No. This was grocery store brand quality ice cream and the smallest scoop I have ever purchased. At least make it perceived value? I mentioned it was not a good deal to the employee. The employee laughed and quickly turned back to continue stocking cabinets with everyone else. That's fine, I won't go back.

I ordered a two scoop sundae today- and to which it didn’t have A, Two scoops lmfao and B, the toppings. As I called and said my complaint about my ice cream- thee worker said “we didn’t have the flavors you asked for” so I say, “why didn’t you bother to call and inform the customer about your stores deficiency” and the man hung up on me. I will NEVER in my life order from this place ever. Also it happened TODAY ! So whoever was working there has terrible people skills and don’t deserve to work there. :)

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered two milkshakes via door dash and they sent me a couple scoops of ice cream instead. I asked them why and they told me it was because their shake machine broke down. They had my phone number and could’ve easily called me to confirm that I actually one of the ice cream and not the milkshakes, but they are TRASH!!!! Their customer service is horrible. The worst I’ve ever had. Stay away. If I could give this place a zero stars I would.I feel like I should mention this isn’t the first time I went there and every time has been horrible but I keep giving them chances. Never again. I’m a firm believer in making things right but these guys are so bad, I’LL NEVER GO BACK!!!Not to mention when I called to let the manager know what had happened they hung the phone up on me.They need to be shut down!!!

Do not bother going to this location after 8pm. The 2 guys that work there do not want to be there and refuse to serve you anything other than a scoop of ice cream. If you ask for a milkshake you won't get one. I have been told milkshakes aren't served after 8:30pm, I've been told we don't make them at all because customers complain they melt too fast and they don't want to deal with it, they don't want to clean the blender, and most recently they said the manager told them "don't make milkshakes" because they don't make a profit from them. The Google hours say they close at 12am (it's on a college campus) and the door says they close at 10/11pm. It's a crapshoot if they are open for business. They say they close at 8:20, 9:10, 9:40, 10:15, random times depending on if they feel like working that night. You would be better going to any other Dunkin/Baskin if you don't want to waste your time and gas driving to this location. These 2 guys should stay in bed and management should find replacements for them.

A complete joke. Ordered a warm cookie sundae, the cookie was as cold as the ice cream. Also FYI hot fudge and chocolate syrup are not the same thing. Probably could have received a better sundae from McDonalds.

Literally...zero stars should be an option. This place doesn't have Cotton Candy, Daquiri Ice, or Orange Sherbert, like the other places. The stupid employees don't wear gloves, even the ones that handle the food. I hate this place. It should have a sign that says, "Free Germs" over it.
