The dates that you go in there is a day after which is incorrect they’re nasty me and they burn their crabs or as the employee says they overstay their crabs, save your money do not go to this place.

Ordered a dozen of female crabs and more than half of the dozen were old. The "crab meat" wasn't even meat, it was mush. I called to inform them of the matter and I was told "There's nothing I can do." As expensive as crabs are that's unacceptable. They didn't even try to compensate me. I was just flat out told "There's nothing I can do." If you're looking for a place to purchase crabs that are dead and not on ice before they're cooked then you'll love this place. I highly would not recommend this place. They only received a star because I had to put one. The service is sorry just like the crabs. You're better off eating imitation crab meat rather than this.

I ordered a pick 3 seafood combo platter and I was soooo disappointed. The shrimps were bland and mushy with no old bay on them, the oysters were bland, so was the salmons cake and the fries were overcooked. It’s bad when you’re supposed to specialize in seafood but the seafood here was horrible! Never

Buyer beware!! 1 dozen large male crabs is $89.00 ONLY if you order 12. I sent someone to pickup an order of 9 large male crabs and they came back with a receipt for $82.00, how is that even possible? I called to speak with the manager who told me they’re only $89.00 if you order a dozen, otherwise, they’re $8.90 EACH which in actuality is $106.80. I was on fire, but I don’t live close enough to have returned them and gone thru the rigamarole last night. Just know, they’ll never, EVER get another dollar from me in life???and no they DID NOT disclose this ridiculous information when I called the order in.

I recently called Blue Point to get crabs for New Years Eve. When I asked the employee on the phone if the crabs would be fresh he told me no. Prior to this we had got crabs from here and they were nasty and not fresh. This time we thought to request fresh crabs, however we learned they don't have fresh crabs. These crabs are pre steamed and they are not honest with the customers. Had I not asked for fresh crabs we would have never knew they don't make the crabs fresh upon request. So we did not get any crabs and will not ever eat here again because that can cause someone to get sick. Be careful eating crabs here they are not fresh.
