Food has always been fresh, fast, and tasty every time i’ve gone. Gotten multiple burgers, fries and the chicken tenders. Fairly priced, and they run specials everyday that are very good. For example half price burger if you get fries and a drink. Competitively priced compared to many of its contemporaries. Would recommend!

Customer service was friendly. Always a plus! Fries were good. Disappointed with burger though. It would be a better tasting burger if they used crisp lettuce and sliced raw onions, not diced onion and shredded lettuce like fast food chains

This is not the boardwalk fries I grew up with, and that's great. They have a lot more to offer other than fries, and the food is consistently great. They have a great turkey burger if you don't eat beef. Highly recommend them anytime of day or night.

Clean store, food prepared correctly, nice staff, however, as a loyal Boardwalk customer. .on my first visit to this location, I spent over $30 for me and my lady and when we were asked for drinks I elected to say let me get a water and then the person asked me that I want a bottled water and I said no I wanted a cup of water from the fountain and that is when he chose to charge me regular price for a drink without telling me but I seen the total change and go up, I asked him to remove the hidden/undisclosed charge and he went to say we do not give courtesy cups, BALTIMORE!we need to stop with this because if it is not A free water only, then it is no courtesy! It is water. . if you charge for a cup, then charge a cup ONLY fee, additonally, it is pronounced CURTIS-E not KWURTUSSY.

Ordered my food it was not what I ordered. I couldn’t understand if you taking my order how does the cook still mess it up? Can he read or just didn’t care. I guess at the end of it all I should have checked my order she took. So EVERYONE CHECK YOUR ORER BE FORE LEAVING. fries were good tho.

We ordered through door dash. Overall food was good . Purchased 4 different burgers only disappointment was the chili cheese burger. The chili was dry as well as the burger. Couldn't find the cheese on the burger either.

This was our first time at the Boardwalk Fries in Owings Mills. I don't typically do reviews for fast food or fast casual restaurants, so I neglected to take any pictures this time. Fear not, I will definitely be back and will add photos next time. We had the Steak and cheese sub, the Gouda Burger and of course a small order of boardwalk fries. The food was all fresh and amazing. The temperature was perfect. The service was fast and friendly. I honestly can't get over how good it was for a fast casual restaurant. I got high quality food for a good price and with the nostalgia of the beach.

Been twice now since this location opened. Both times were very positive experiences. Staff was very friendly and eager to take your order. Food was tasty and consistent. The place felt clean/upkept. I will say that I went on Mondays both times for the burger special they have Mondays. Price wise the meal was fair at the burger special pricing! Would recommend and will visit again in the future for a quick lunch.
