Horrible experience from food to service to even the restrooms. They were closing in 3 hours and were out of almost everything with no plans to make more. The staff was rude and seemed like they had no interest in being there and no pride in what they were doing. The restroom was filthy, for context the bathroom at the O’s game we came from was better! The rice was undercooked, they were out of everything but chicken for meat options. Most of the employees were not following any food safety rules for hair nets/coverings, and the food was cold. A terrible experience . Would not return and I suggest you find another restaurant in the area, this one is hot garbage. Yuk.

Both locations in Owings mills close at 11. Don't go anytime after 9:45pm. They will sell you old items and they will give you half the amount of food to fulfill orders with the last bit of food left. You'd completely waste your money going anytime after then. This applies for online orders as well. Close business at 10 if you can't properly accommodate customers.

I love their food, but the chicken is super salty. I thought maybe it was the first few times but every time I go its salty. The staff is always nice, and it's good to see the same people when I go. I never really see new faces. The music is really loud to the point I can't hear the staff that good, but it's not terrible. I also wish they would give more meat, I always get like 2 small scoops of chicken, and I always have to pay for double chicken. Other than this, I like this location, would be better if they make these changes.

I walked in the store at 8:24 pm. They dont close until 11pm. I ordered a steak bowl and was told there isnt anymore steak. You dont close until 11 pm and youre not making anymore steak? This is unacceptable and one of the main reasons I dont patronize this location
This is the worst service and the people are terribly rude, have no customer service skills. The manager gave me attitude immediately when I asked who was the manager this is the worse Chipotle. Also, I do not leave reviews but this place deserves to be reviewed. Zero ⭐️!

Super disappointed! I came here because I had a craving for a bowl. Besides the fact that they were open til 11 and was out of 5 things I continued to order. I should’ve known something was wrong as she scooped the rice and it was sticky. I get home and the rice is either not done or burnt! It’s like crunchy like nerds!!! Pissed! So now I feel I need to do a rice test before they make my bowl. Do better please

I stopped patronizing this location about a year ago. It oftentimes opened late and was regularly unprepared. Hoping things would have changed I visited on 02-02-2024 and my husband visited on 02-16-2024. Both visits the food was mediocre, the bags of chips were by far less than half full, and the customer service was horrid. I have only had this problem at this location. When asked NO one cared or had an answer. It looks like nothing but kids work here which explains a lot! Honestly, I am shocked this location is still open.
