Order was completely wrong and service was awful and always is. They act like helping you in the drive through is the worst thing they will have to do ever. Today I was told cold brew doesn’t come in a large….weird because the menu says it does, so I had to get 2. Also they handed it to me without ice and said you have to ask for ice, which I’ve never had to before or at any other location. The large iced coffee with toasted almond came with coconut flavor instead.

If you are looking for a Dunkin that never misses this is the one. Every other Dunkin in the area is hit or miss but not this one. They never miss or screw up an order this is the best dunkin in the area every other one is god

The workers at this location are rude and if you ask for your receipt one would think you asked for their first born. The reason they don’t want to give you a receipt is because they don’t want you to take the survey. Well if you did your job & treated customers with respect you wouldn’t have to be concerned about it. These workers need to understand that if they didn’t have customers they would not have jobs.
