You want what they've got! Greeted upon walking and cordial with staff who were obliging to let me peruse until I was ready to order. I was very excited to see they have housemade banana pudding & it lived up to the hype! Chunks of real banana with creamy well flavored pudding and fluffy cream. Great ratio of pudding, cream, and soft wafers. also got the double chocoalte cupcake which was delicious, soft, and ultra chocolately without crumbling to bits!Wheelchair accessibility: No step into or inside the shop. In a shopping plaza with accessible ramps and wide sidewalks. Interior room for power chair and low counters to pay.

Did two orders for two birthdays which were about a week apart and their service was great each time. The pickup date had to be moved up for one of the orders and they still delivered. The cakes looked good and were delicious. Everyone was happy. They pay attention to details and give you exactly what you ask for.

When I walked into Fresh Bakery I was greeted by an overwhelming delicious smell, a clean environment, and a kind staff member. I pre ordered a lemon crunch cheesecake which I think was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a lot of cheesecakes! Everything looked too tempting so I ended up getting six cupcakes as well, and I can surely say they were the moistest cupcakes I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back!

UPDATE: Fresh Bakery reached out to apologize and make amends for the experience that I had with the sweet potato pies.That type of commitment to quality and customer service overrides everything!I will definitely continue to do business with Fresh Bakery.KUDOS to Fresh Bakery!!I ordered 2 sweet potato pies Mar 5. Customer service was excellent. The pies were ready on time. The crust on both pies was delicious and done (one of my pet peeves). Unfortunately, the sweet potato filling was not sweet -- at all and had very little spices in it. Worse, the texture was stringy and clumpy. Sweet potatoes can be stringy, but the bakers should know how to reduce those strings significantly. I will not be ordering pies from here again.

I had the craving for cupcakes so I ventured over to Fresh Bakery. This is my go to location for cakes/cupcakes. I ordered the Appalachian cookies & cream, Martha's Vineyard strawberry, sock it to me, and palm beach coconut. They were all soft, fresh, and flavorful. I really appreciate how the frosting is never too sweet or overwhelming. The cupcakes this time were a little salty, but this is not typical. The service has always been solid here! The parking lot of the shopping center can be a little hectic but there are many spaces available.
Update: I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5. These cupcakes are soooo delicious. Worth every penny. I'm glad I decided to try again.Old reviewThe cupcakes and cake slice was okay but I feel like I could've made it myself. Definitely not worth what I paid for everything. Maybe I came on a bad day. The little pie was also not good at all. It was small, dry and just not as good as the local market's bakery. Maybe it was just a bad day. Everyone was very nice but I am a bit disappointed in what I got for what I spent.

I ordered a custom skate cake for my daughter's birthday about a week in advance only to be called one hour before my scheduled pickup time at 5PM (a day before the party) and told that there was a problem. They further explained that I couldn't pick the cake up until 11AM on Sunday. I told them that would not work for me due to my daughter's party starting at 10AM. They then said the best time they could do is 10AM, so I explained again how that would not work due to the 10AM start time and the distance I had to drive. What blew my mind was the call I received an hour before my pickup time when I ordered this cake days in advance. That left me no time to get another custom cake or atleast attempt to get another decent cake elsewhere. Luckily, I was able to run in Shoppers around 6:30PM to purchase their LAST two small cakes they had on display for that day. This was my first time using this bakery and the experience was not good at all!
