At the risk of sounding brash, the staff's level of ineptitude in completing basic tasks is mind numbing. How difficult is it move with a sense of urgency or adhear to basic procedures and protocols. You get what you pay for I guess. All I can hope for is better management and leadership.

I had never been here before, and hadn't had Jersey Mike's in years.I went in tonight to order a sub, but left when I saw the quality of the produce available. The shredded lettuce was half brown, and some of the sliced tomatoes were green.If they think those were of good quality to serve and have in view of customers, I can't imagine what the state of the bread and meats is.

Please shut this location down, you’re ruining the Jersey Mikes name. When you walk in you think its a episode of Punk’d. Theres a bunch of teenagers no supervision, food is disgusting, old bread. They have serious attitude problems . This place is a JOKE and I will be going the reisterstown rd location.

The staff says nothing upon entering the building and it’s like everytime i go to this location they have one of their friends in the building who they speak with and let behind the counter instead of talking to customers. I went here about a month ago and hour before closing and as i entered the store, the staff scurried behind the counter and into the kitchen, i waited 3 minutes before one of them asked me what i wanted. Hire new people please.

They are supposed to open at 10am. I tried to walk in at 1030 and the doors were locked. A young lady leisurely came to the door and looked at me. I asked if they were open and she said no. I would advise not coming to this location.

Great sandwich/sub place with great, quick service and extremely fresh and tasty meats. Fair pricing for a very filling and big sandwich. This is the original italian with no provolone and Mikes way without onions. I prefer to take it out and not eat in the restaurant, but there are a few tables inside.

My husband and I visit this location a once or twice every few weeks for a light quick dinner. The service is usually decent at best, the staff is always young teenagers with little to no adult supervision in a management role they seem as though they don't like their jobs. My husband went to pick us up a quick meal and we were disappointed with our subs. I kept mine simple turkey but the bread was literally falling apart crumbly not as fresh and soft. My husband order was completely wrong. He ordered a chciken cheese steak and was given a beef cheese steak which was over dressed and had grease leaking out. He had to leave the house to go back. The staff at this location tried to tell my husband what he received was chicken and the dark color was because of the grill my husband said no way its chicken. No chicken is ever dark and if it thr grill is super dirty which its not good! The staff just stared at my husband as if he was going to leave. My husband ended up getting a turkey sub made in place of wring order. Not the greatest experience at all probably our last time at this location. It's amazing how the Ellicott city location they are friendly inviting with the customer service and subs are great. Get some pointers from them and get managers to supervise properly!!

Awful service at the Jersey Mikes Subs in Owings Mills Maryland, the employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. Employees make jokes about how rude coworkers are to customers who are still in the store. This place was dirty, unorganized and very unprofessional. The manager has no control, the employees laugh out loud and snicker as she speaks. One employee asked me if I knew what time it was and said that if I wanted something I should hurry up before they closed. It was before 6:00 pm and the store closes at 8:00 pm. Go figure. This store stops taking orders about an hour before closing on any given day. So how long does it take to make a sub? My guess is that these young people must be family of the owner. That's the only reason they can work this way and still have jobs. To the owner, these children ( because that's how they present themselves) are going to drive your establishment into the ground.
