This review is for the service. I never can come in here without air being a mess. Picked up a delivery that i ordered ONLINE and had to wait in like for approximately 30 min. Can you guys y figure out to to steam line if you’ll only have one cashier working .Really wish there was a location elsewhere .

So, these are my go to desserts for celebrations with my family and friends. Everyone seems to love them!I almost always order online, but I really wish the management would rethink the customer service situation at this store. I don't know if they actually make the cakes up ahead of the pickup time you request or not, it always seems to take a while for them to get you what you ordered. Today I went in at around 12:30 for an order I had placed last night for pickup at 11:30 (I knew I was running errands in the morning and wasn't sure how long it all would take, so I erred on the side of caution with my time slot).It's super frustrating to have to go in as someone who ordered online only to have to wait in line behind folks who are just walk in customers who are deciding on their cake flavors and whatnot...it takes forever!Please address this situation to eliminate a frustrating experience for your customers!

Not sure why the policy is for these chains to NOT offer forks - but this location was KIND enough to slide us forks. Of course our bundts were amazing but mostly appreciate the need that these cakes require a fork to indulge in before I get home.

The cakes are delicious but they are pricy I've ordered the larger size for a birthday and everyone enjoyed it. It's easy or order and they are really helpful. The inside of the shop is clean and bright and there is ample parking.

After missing many opportunities to try Nothing Bundt cakes (NBC) I finally got the chance. The cakes ordered were, Vanilla, Red Velvet and Raspberry White Chocolate. I was initially excited but that turned to disappointment. My friends and I agreed that the cakes didn't have any flavor. The icing though plentiful was of an artificial taste. There wasn't anything memorable and we didn't finish our cakes. Unfortunately, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend based on my experience.

I drove all the way to the area to make a purchase and I was told that they were only accepting cards because they were out of one dollar bills to make change with cash. You may want to call to see what forms of payments are accepted before you visit this location. Very disappointing!

I'm not even a big cake person.A friend and I decided to go...I got a lemon cakeAbsolutely delicious ? moist, soft fresh sheeshhhhh lol ...literally was melting in my mouth ...this was like my 4th or 5th time within two weeks
This place is awesome I love those single mini cakes & yessssssssssssss I get at least 6 & they last me until the nxt yr u can't just keep eating they aren't sugar free but damn good they r

Purchased a 10’ whole cake from this place for my daughters birthday. When we went to cut the cake it was frozen, unable to cut the cake. Called the company and explained to the person on the phone that the cake I purchased was frozen. She informed me to call the next day and speak to the manager. Call and spoke to Andrea and explained to her that the cake was frozen when I received it, and we couldn’t cut the cake. I was told that I had to return the cake and they couldn’t give a refund. I explained that I didn’t want a refund, but a discount on my next cake. I told Andrea that I’ve brought five cakes from this place, for different family members birthdays and I believe something should have been done for giving me a frozen cake. Nothing was done, only a “I’m sorry “ .

I placed an online order for pick on 9/15/23 for 12:05pm for a cake and dozen mini bundtini's. When I arrived for pick up and have my name the young man said they did not have the order. I provided the order number and then he went in the back. He came back and told me it would be another 15 mins. It was already 1:10pm (I scheduled for pickup earlier so I knew they would be ready). I asked to speak to the manger and young lady came out and said that there was a wait because they ran out of icing this morning. I asked why I wasn't contacted to be advised that more than an hour after my scheduled pick up time that there would be more of a wait. She looked at me and shrugged. She said they had other orders ahead of mine. I advised I placed my order online on 8/31 for the pick up on 9/15. So I ordered way in advance. She advised that it does not matter how far in advance you order because they look at the orders the night before. I told her it would have been appropriate and courteous to call customers. She then said oh well I can't make you understand. Extremely rude. I asked her name and she refused to tell me her name. The customer service is so poor at the location! It's really disappointing. Don't expect your order to be ready or at bare minimum to be advised of additional wait time at pick up.

Absolute waste of time. Lady at the front said that “we’re not taking any more orders for cake for the rest of the holiday season”. It makes no sense that you’re a cake store with no cakes.
