I ordered a bagel and it was so hard and burnt I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a sausage sandwich and the meat was cold and san which bread was also hard. As pricey as this food is, it has gone way down in quality. So sad smh

I had two Panera Bread salads delivered to my home. I discovered avocado was not added to one of the saladsI called Panera at the Owings Mills location, the Manager refunded me the total cost of both salads! I have had GREAT SERVICE in the past as well at the Owings Mills locationThank you again I will continue to come back!

This location can never get an order correct even w/special instructions. I always have to remind them that my instructions are listed on the receipt. Whether it's extra sauce, change in bread, no onions, etc, they don't pay attention.I will be visiting the Pikesville location going forward.

First time here but I was very pleased. Got a very nice breakfast sandwich and coffee. Great atmosphere as I caught up on work while I waited for repairs on my vehicle a short walk away.
I orders a pick two and my tuna sandwich doesn’t have enough tuna on it for me to taste it…. Worst sandwich I’ve ever been charged for.

Well, the service was superb; albeit my bakers dozen bagels which I was assured were freshly baked, were hit and miss. Out of 13, 5 of them were so old and hard, they could've cut a diamond. That was dissapointing given they are Panera BREAD. The $13.49 price, not including tax paid, was not a sale.

Don't ever order sandwiches on Sunday evenings around 5 pm – the staff working at that hour ruined my first experience at Panera. I ordered a steak sandwich, and all I got was two slices of bread with some steak and cheese in between. My sister's chicken sandwich was equally disappointing, with the sauce served separately, making it dry and unpleasant. It's heartbreaking to think I could have made better sandwiches at home. I'm genuinely upset and won't be ordering from this Panera location ever again
I was really disappointed by my order. I ordered fontaga and the only on this thick bread is chicken and tomato. There is no sauce. Very thick bread and dry. This is not my first time eating fontaga. So, i know what the bread looks like and what the taste is like it. Whoever put the sandwich together did a very SLOPPY JOB. Also, the pastry pie was not included. Although, am expecting a refund. My order yesterday from Foundry row was a disappointment!

Miss Dee was so awesome! I ordered a salad and was not happy with my bread. Her positive attitude, and willingness to listen to my issue was second to none. Only my second time eating there. She replaced my bread and assured me that if I had any other issues, I should let her know. I will definitely be returning for another salad!!Parking: Safe, spacious and clean.
