It's been a long time since I've been to Red Robin. Their food is still very good,nice atmosphere, the Manager walked around making sure every customer was satisfied.

I went with here with my family after a bad experience at Red Lobster. We were seated right away, and everyone was very friendly. Our food came out reasonably fast and it was delicious. I definitely recommend coming here!Kid-friendliness: We came with 5 kids and it was a great experience for everyone.

Parking is a little tricky. The lot is shared and there were onky a few in front of the restaurant. We are handicapped so of course we complain. :DI got a cobb salad, it was loaded and the dressing was great. I thought it was a bit over priced for a salad.My friend had a fish sandwich that would not stay on the roll.The service was superb though so that's why I gave it 4 stars.Parking: Need more ♿️

Story time. Placed an order through the red robin site at 7:48pm. Order was supposed to be ready by 8:04. Knew it would take a bit longer so i gave it an extra 10-15 minutes before walking into the store. I go in, they say the order's not ready. Waited another 10 minutes. Still not ready. Turns out I had it in a different name, my mistake. Still though, if the order was ready, it would be in the take out area. Spoke with a manager, the order didnt get into their system, despite the wrong name. So had to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make it. Then, they say the cant do our milkshakes cause they already turned off the machine. Didnt know this was McDonald's. All in all, there was one hostess who was attentive and tried to help find my order. The other girl didnt seem to care. And the manager did nothing to explain what happened on their end, nothing to mend the long wait. Could've offered a free app or gift card/credit or something. I left the restaurant at 9:15pm with my order. Possibly the worst experience at this location.

Starting with the positive...The staff were all pleasant and professional- the hostess, our server and others who attended our table. We were seated by the door used to take orders out to curbside customers and care was given to make sure that door was closed deliberately and quickly. The one time it wasn't, a manager came quickly and closed it with an apology.Our drinks were nice and well- prepared.Our (all four dinners at the table) issue was different issues with the food-mainly the temperature. Perhaps it was just that the intent was to bring all orders out at the same time, bit three of the four dishes (the wrap and both burgers) were luke warm. My ribs, while pretty tasty, were off and it was hard for me to put my finger on it, because of my culinary limitations. They were a bit spongy maybe, less firm than they should be. They could have been much more firm. Definitely the temperature or time of cooking. Not awful, but not great

Good food, they changed the Iingredients in the sandwich that I always order. The food was served hor, refills were offered. They only have one menu and it's the same for lunch and dinner.
