I placed a delivery order believing I was ordering from the hibachi restaurant in the same vicinity. When I noticed my order was en route moments after ordering I realized my error. Fast service is great, but my initial expectations weren't for precooked food. When the food arrived it was hot and tasted good. I up-charged for additional shrimp and was glad i made that decision. My meal was fine but nothing stood out as special. I probably will not return since there is an actual hibachi restaurant nearby with similar menu items.

I don’t have a problem with the food quality. But the staff as this Im above the customer rudeness. Never have I been greeted politely and I’m usually rushed through my order. The staff is all young Hispanic. I thought it was a racial thing but they’re rude and lazy towards every type of person that comes in. They act like the don’t want your service .

Chicken terriaki is decent, quick, and affordable. I wish they gave you a more veggies, but that's personal preference. Solid for fast-casual.

I came for lunch today and ordered Filet Mignon, Avocado Roll and Long Island iced tea. The server staff and Kevin were polite and fast. The food was tender, a but overcooked on sides but still yummy, especially the salad dressing and Long Island made by a girl (i dont know her name) were as good!Would definitely come back for this level of service, food, atmosphere (with my Taylor Swift on the background:) and reasonable price!

Idk what’s wrong with this location BUT it’s not giving the famous Sarku!!! The food is WACK. Sarku back in the day was the only place in food courts that had lines!! This is not the real Sarku. It says Sarku but that food is not amazing like Sarku is known

I came in to get the combo first the girl in the front had a attitude I asked for a combo which comes with a egg roll and extra chicken they gave me a chicken teriyaki with shrimp which I'm allergic to and no egg roll and they was laughing like it was funny and the manager was not professional at all this place is horrible and the customer service is terrible

The gyoza and California rolls were tasty but I would pass on their hibachi. Lacked flavor. The Security Blvd. location is better.

Was rude from the time I walked in at 11:10 on 2/19/23, I asked for teriyaki chicken with white rice and extra chicken. Just straight up told me no, that I couldn’t order extra chicken. Even though it was on there menu and when I got my order had a very small amount of chicken. People that work here are lazy.
