These sandwiches are significantly smaller than the sandwiches at other stores. I work near another store and theirs are much larger. I feel like this store is attempting to cut costs. Which I get but don’t charge as much if that’s the case.

Don’t recommend going to this subway. The owner adds extra charges for getting extra lettuce and tomatoes. On the receipt it said “extra charge for bacon”, but I didn’t get any, only the regular extra toppings.Seems very sneaky to do this to your customers. I’d rather go to the subway near the Owings mills metro, where I know they won’t overcharge me.

The worst Subway I have ever been to in America I went for a pizza The lady toasted my pizza before even asking me what other toppings I wanted on my pizza then when I told her I was not done she asked me what else did I want? I told her and ask them is that all the cheese I could get on my pizza because she barely put any on to begin with so then she stated that there was Cheese already on the pizza I was like OK but you added more toppings you need to put more cheese on top so I asked if she could put more cheese on top and she literally sprinkled crumbs on top of my pizza and proceeded to put my pizza back in the f****** box and cut it why would you give someone a pizza with cold toppings? And non-melted cheese so I asked him if they were going to put it back in the oven why would you give me a pizza not toasted and I asked them would you eat that yourself they rudely pay me no mind never toasted my pizza and tended it to the other customers.

I wish there was an option for ZERO Starts as these guys deserve a full ZERO.Absolute lack of service, lack attention towards customers orders, don't understand the language, english language, have to repeatedly ask them to do the order as per the order, very rude BTW

I went in this location on Thursday 10/21, and placed an order for the second time in a week. When I used my American express card to pay as usual, and they indicated that it was declined? I used another card and immediately went to my residence and called American express . I feared that that my card had been compromised and was locked. American Express security indicated that there was nothing wrong with my account. Amex security advised that there was no declined sales on my account from this location. Clearly, they interrupted the transmission to make it appear that it was declined. I believe they didn't want to accept it possibly because of the merchant fees. It would have more appropriate to explain that they no longer accept American express. Instead they quickly asked me if I had another card. In conclusion, I have no reason to shop there any further... and since another person on this site indicated that they are the same owners as the metro centre location, I will not go there either. . . Wegman's sandwiches are the same price and you can put three types of meat on the sandwich for no extra charge.

I got an Italian BMT and broccoli and cheddar soup. The employee took the soup from somewhere in the back and microwaved it for 4 minutes so it wasn't "fresh." I had to add salt and pepper to the soup because it was plain. Sandwich was good and employee who made my sandwich/soup was really friendly!
