This is my favorite restaurant. Period. My family and I have probably spent thousands on the goat curry alone. Other dishes I recommend are the saag paneer, butter chicken, and fish chili. Taj palace rarely disappoints. Been coming here for nearly a decade.

We just went for the very first time after seeing all the positive reviews, and they were not wrong: the food was delicious, generously served, our server Bhim (hopefully, I'm spelling it correctly) was kind, knowledgeable and made us feel like at home. All the staff was kind. I'm so full and satisfied. We're definitely coming back!

I’ve gotten food here several times and it’s always great. I went to the lunch buffet with some friends before as well and that was also excellent. Definitely recommend.

Drove from Pennsylvania to enjoy the wonderful flavors of ?? India on the lunch buffet. Mostly mild levels of heat for a more American spice tolerance on bar. However, the chef will make a higher heat sauce for you if you request. The buffet is flavorful and has some great ingredients. I eat Indian food in many different states and still have had some fabulous flavor surprises.Interior is beautiful and clean. Seats are comfortable. Staff are attentive and filled my water without having to ask. To me, that is a sign of higher service. Several staff inquired about our enjoyment and needs practically spoiling us.It appears they have a secondary dining room, so maybe they can handle special events or a large party. I will be inquiring about that!If you have never had Indian, a buffet is perfect to try as you can sample many different dishes very affordablely. If you have had delicious Indian food, then you will be pleased with a visit here for any of your favorite dishes. Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Stage Paneer, Aloo Mater, Shindig Masala, Chana Masala, Dal Tadka, Navratilova Korma and several plain vegetables like broccoli and mixed vegetables.

Just moved to the area and wanted to like this place so bad, but it just wasn't good. It's significantly cheaper than all other Indian places I've been to, so maybe that speaks for itself, but we were hopeful! The naan was good, but the chicken was sketchy. We got the aloo gobi and it was horrible - the sauce was so watery and we threw it away. The butter chicken sauce was good, but again, the chicken meat was very rubbery. The chicken vindaloo was the same. If you're looking for good Indian in Owings Mills, I'd suggest not trying here!

Picked a poor date to visit. Christmas Eve. Very loud. Many people at the bar drunk and being very loud. Multiple parties in the back room caused a longer than normal wait time in main Restaurant area. The food was good however was a different variation of Indian food than we were accustomed to.

I loved going here for lunch. Was greeting with a smile. Buffet looked great! But I opted out for the menu...I had the chicken Tikka and daal makhni w/ onion kulcha. Very flavourful and authentic!I was pleased with the atmosphere and it wasn't crowed nor loud.Plenty of parking:)I'll be back to taste other items plus dessert!
