I went here for the first time today and am extremely disappointed with my experience with their staff. I ordered a California turkey burger and asked if it just came with what was listed on the menu for toppings and the cashier said yes. When my burger came out it has nothing on it from the menu and instead a ton of mustard and ketchup. Neither of which was listed on the menu. I politely asked for a new one with only the menu toppings and after waiting an additional 10 minutes the brought a burger out with the same exact wrong ingredients and put some avocado. No tomato, no lettuce and they added mustard again even when I said I did not like it. I genuinely think the cook when out of their way to deliberately remake my order poorly. I do not recommend going here and I hate saying that because Wegman's is great...but really need to reevaluate your burger bar staff.

I ordered wings for my husband and it said jumbo chicken wings. I think they need to change the description. It was $8 for 5 wing pieces. Too pricy, small quantity and took a long time to be ready. Ordered on the app. Never received confirmation that they were ready? Two stars only because he said the old bay flavor was good.

I ordered 2 American Burgers1 with cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo, no lettuce.1 with everything no relish.This is what we received.No cheese on either.Old lettuce.And not sauce besides mayo.Usually our burgers are done well. This time was very disappointing. $32 for not much.

Food is good but it’s way too expensive. They now don’t include fries. However they still charge $11 for single burger. Don’t like that
This was my 1st experience there. Very clean and the cashiers r pleasant and take pride in their work. Prices r a lil high. But will go there again

Beyond disappointed at the price gouging in this covid era! I understand the limited menu but sides are now a la carte. Two burgers and two sides of fries was a little over 28.00! So many places I should’ve gone instead. Used to be huge fan of the burger bar, NEVER AGAIN. Just close it down!
