Went there at 6.30pm pretty light crowd. Sat there for 10 mins not a single server even came over. Tried to get the attention of one that seemed to be the maitre d, she actually walked away faster!!!Left there went across the street to Red Robin was seated and served in 10mins. Don't know if this is typical of this place but that's me experience.

I went to the Green Turtle about 8pm on March 8. It wasn't too crowded. I sat the bar and it took awhile to be greeted. I order a beer and some soup. It took about 15 for the soup to come out and I had to ask a second bartender to get it. They said they were out of clean silverware so they gave me plastic wear in a bag. When I was done I had to flag down a bartender to order crap cakes that were just ok. The bartender never took my dirty soup dishes away. The music was kinda loud but right at 10pm they cranked the music way up. Why? What is the reason for that? There was no way anyone could hold a conversation. It was like it was a dance club. Once again why? Why would you do that. So to sum it up. Poor service, average food and loud. Once again why the loud music.

It's too cold in there during the winter. Coming in from the cold atmosphere into the same atmosphere, I was unable to enjoy food because I was extremely cold.
I wrote a review a year ago... it's sad how bad the service is NOW!! JOSH the bartender is the absolute worst ???? unless you are CAUCASIAN please don't look for him to take you ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️ The food is NEVER consistent and often cold ?????

Definitely wouldn't come back. I wrote the review while eating the Buffalo chicken nachos which were great but the crab cake sandwich was awful. Have fun Mike, you can have it. We were there an hour before the game by the way. I've been a customer since before they became a chain and were only down fells point, this is a sad example of what should be a good sports bar. Thanks for responding management, but less time on reviews and more time ruining a better location.

Went with friends to see the Ravens play in the division playoffs. The place was packed, not enough servers. Food was ok, average bar food just took a while due to staffing. Otherwise it was ok.
