Picked up today (3/26) along with my coworkers -- holy cow. This is some REALLY good chicken (Sauce was freakin' great too). Juicy, crispy breading, the "tasty toast" was awesome. I couldn't ask for anything better. I will 100% be back again.

This was my first visit, and I was SO impressed. Despite being primarily a takeout spot (they have tables to sit at after you receive your food) without traditional waitstaff, the service surpassed my expectations. When they ran out of apple juice for my child's meal, the owner or manager promptly went to buy more from the Giant next door, ensuring my daughter's happiness. The Belgian waffle was exceptional, likely due to a special touch in their batter. The chicken breasts were equally delightful. Every aspect of this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend they expand to more locations. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again!

Very clean establishment…had the whiting combo with Mac and cheese and ordered the banana pudding…fish was amazing…was not too bready and seasoning was perfect..Mac and cheese nothing to write home about but better than similar establishments.,, sweet tea was ridiculously sweet… banana pudding needed more bananas and cookies but my sweetheart still polished it off…second visit ordered the chicken sandwich…lettuce was shredded…did not know what comeback sauce was so did not opt for that breading came off the chicken.I had to check to make sure it was not bacon …of the two…I prefer the fish…and that garlic toast is delish!

I’ve been here a couple of times since it opened but haven’t been compelled to review until now. I went on Wednesday & the service & food has greatly improved since the opening. Also, the staff is so nice & friendly! I’ll definitely be back again soon.

This was my first time at this spot....im usually suspect of unknown fried chicken, but I gave this a try and boy am I happy I did. Then I saw there was catfish.. and I got some...and am I happy I did.Korean Fried chicken from TKK is my standard and I have to admit...this chicken rivals it...with a twist of soul.Their sides are comfort style sides...Mac n cheese....collards....etc.The owner is a cool brother...who takes pride in his food.Try this out!!!!

The store was clean and the staff were friendly. It was my first time and I will be back. I got the 3pc chicken and waffle combo which comes with a drink. The chicken was light and crispy but not as crispy as I was expecting. I ate one of my chicken thighs so the picture shows a thigh and breast. The crunchberry waffle was delicious. But it was a bit soft due to it being on the bottom of the bag while it was brought home. The chicken and waffle transported great home. They were still quite warm that I only needed to reheat them briefly.
The food is terrible the service was really friendly and inviting makes you want to come back just for them. The wings are overrated there’s so much batter on them and it’s not seasoned. The fries are pretty good but the Mac and greens has no salt so keep that in mind most things i tried had no seasonings or very very minimal seasoning. The only thing i enjoyed was the half and half. Overall I wouldn’t go back as the foodvery expensive for it too be mediocre at best.

The people that worked there were nice enough, but speaking as a black man from the South, I was highly disappointed. I figured if there was ONE thing "we" could do, it was fry chicken. Well, now I know that not all of us can. It was BLAND, not enough salt. And to top it off, I asked for a breast and wing meal to go, and when I got home, it was a THIGH and wing. Fair warning: if you're dealing with black people who don't know the difference between a breast and thigh, you don't wanna buy no chicken from them! Granted, it was one of the young kids who served me, but if I knew the difference between breast and thighs by the time I was 12, THEY should know by the time they're 16 or 17. Like I said, the staff was nice enough, but being nice doesn't equate to a good product.

it was my first time eating here with a friend and the cashier was very patient and kind with us. after we got our food (which was delicious by the way), he noticed we were chowing down at a table and cracked a couple jokes about how we seemed to be in a “trance” with the food. all around a comforting environment to be in after having a bad day today <3

My first time visiting today and I'm not impressed. The staff were all great, but the food..... not so much. It took entirely to long only to get undercooked chicken that wasn't even seasoned well. Will not ever spend my money there again. Be careful consuming undercooked chicken.
