I wanted a sandwich so bad I stopped here. First the staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves before acknowledging me. I put in my order. I checked my order before leaving and they ignored how I wanted my sandwich so my order was wrong.Didn't feel like waiting for them to make my order over again because I waited too long for this sandwich. So I just took what they made.I ate a quarter of the sandwich and within 15+ minutes I got sick to my stomach. So obviously it must have been food poisoning and it lasted over a 2 days.I felt horrible. Needless to say I will never go back to this place and I hope other people don't go there if they're serving food that causes food poisoning.

Chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak was extremely greasy and fatty. Could only eat a couple bites before having to throw it away. Close quarters inside. Seemed like a good portion size but not certainly not for me.

Very average. I got the turkey blt with no cheese but only had turkey... no bacon or honey mustard. I also got the chicken original.... didnt have any mayo or mushrooms... Is it supposed to come dry like that. I wish theyd ask if I wanted it or not. Who wants a dry sandwich. I had a coupon but its better spot s around for comparable prices.

The service is SLOW! Have gone in, being the only customer, and waited a significant amount of time. Food is good & messy, but not my preference as it's the consistency of cat food. I know some people prefer the mush, but I'd rather be able to taste pieces of meat rather than it slopped together.

Went into Owings Mills, Md locations after waiting on hold for 12 minutes. When we went in to order waited 10 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there. One of the employees was complaining that he got off soon. Only had 2 employees in the location. When they finally took the order and I showed them the coupon no one knew how to redeem it. So I left. Terrible customer service. Would not go back!

When I came in tonight 1/28 no one greeted me for about 5 mins, even though they both looked at me! After 5 mins I asked were they still open and then I was asked if I was there for pick up or to place an order. I placed my order and waited about 25-30 mins and there were a few other people in the store but they had already ordered. Once it was ready they accidently made two cheese steaks instead of a cheese steak and a chicken cheesesteak, with everything, including hots and white American cheese which is what I ordered, so I had to wait another 15 mins for that to be corrected. When I got home there was no cheese or toppings on either of the subs and we wound up just throwing them both away! The fries were soggy and cold. I've been here many times before, always recommended it and always loved the food and service but today it was horrible and very disappointing. Not sure if I will be returning

Awful, greasy food! Don’t waste you money!Paid $7 for onion rings - got 4 greasy, mushy, small ones. They tasted digesting - had to throw them out. Aside from taste, 4 small onion rings isn’t even a child portion - at almost $2.00 each!!Fries - portion size was also small, but also beyond disgustingly mushy and greasy.Original Cheesesteaks were good, but very overpriced for the size you get.

This place has a wonderful, authentic Philly cheesesteak, unlike anything else in the area. The service is also great. My only recommendation would be that they toast their bread. Definitely a treat though!

This place truly lives up to its name as the Original Authentic Cheesesteaks! My husband and I went there for the first time today and loved it!! These cheesesteaks are amongst the best cheesesteaks in the Baltimore area! I could literally taste the love and soul that was put in this food. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and my husband ordered the original. Not only were these cheesteaks juicy, they were seasoned to perfection! HUGE SHOUTOUT to the manager on duty! He was literally a One-Man Team today! He was truly an excellent example of what a Great Leader is! I'm not sure if he is usually the one that makes the food, but he needs to keep doing it!!! You know the food is good, when not a single person minded waiting. He is very skilled and we left happy to the point that we had to personally thank him. Also ShoutOut to the customer that volunteered to help out. Truly love seeing genuinely kind people and definitely love seeing black folks willingly supporting one another. We Certainly will be returning!

I ordered here for the first time. I was told my food will be ready in about 15-20 minutes. I end up waiting 45 minutes in total. On the other hand the young lady at the register was very helpful and polite despite her co worker constantly bickering with her.
