I was very disappointed I came into this store at 8:46 and was told I couldn’t get food they shut it down. I’m trying to process how that is okay if an establishment is open til 9 why services are shutting down before. I was craving the flatbread and was beyond disappointed

Smoothies from this location Are never sweet enough and don't taste like the description. I even added turbinado sugar and it's still not sweet. I can tell they forget to add all ingredients in the smoothie because it taste so bland and flavorless.

This is no Jamba juice to many fruit pieces for me. I know it's freshly made, but I wanted a smoothie, not fruit. Sorry, no thanks, it's Jamba juice for me.
First time visit. I walk in and clearly the young employees see me before they head to a back room. They are talking loudly like they're on lunch break. I waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to come to the front. Eventually two customers came in behind me, so we all stood there waiting.First, why was no one at or near the register when I walked in? They had like 4 employees and it's only 2 registers?? Better yet, why is no one up front? Finally, a young girl comes to the register. No "Sorry for the wait." I ask for the strawberry shortcake smoothie and she says "You can only order that online." Blank stare and thinking: So I have to whip my phone out to place an onine order for a smoothie while I am standing in front of you placing an order?? It wasn't her policy but it made absolutely no sense to me.The counters werent the cleanest and the rap music playing over the speaker was inappropriate. Sooo...first and last visit at this location.

This place is the worst tropical smoothie cafe i been too i would give them no star they rush my order mess up my orders and i pay extra for stuff and they don’t apply it to the order like it’s going on 4 months and they still haven’t gotten my order right and one day i did a mobile order and i was 5 mins later to give them time and my order wasn’t ready so i didn’t get smart or anything i said yes ma’am it’s fine and she was rushing my order and all and she like toss my sandwich in my hand like I was give her attitude but i still said thank you ma’am have a great day but that place is bad

They forget to add the main ingredient to my smoothie. It was very bland. I called about it but I don’t have the time to come back and wait for another smoothie to be made especially by the same person who more than likely will make it the same way. I’m disappointed
