Carla, Neal, Luke & Dave helped me track down the elusive kimchi today. The web site had it in aisle 9A. Carla called someone and they said it was in 8B. It wasn't. Neal called the grocery manager and was told it was in dairy. Then he took me back there where Luke & Dave said it was next to the pickles, which makes perfect sense. Fix the web site & give these people a bonus.

Recommend food selection but do not use curbside pharmacy because if you ever have a problem they will not assist and you are out of your copay. Their policy is not to take back meds after leaving store applies even though you never enter store and is brought to you in your car

I cannot believe the quality of fruit that you are selling. I purchased strawberries and they are complete white inside. I purchased 2 Honey Crisp apples that cost me over $5.00 and they were brown inside. I also can’t believe that you sell shrimp salad and shrimp scampi with shrimp that isn’t even deveined. How can you charge top dollar for this quality of products?

I love this wegmans! The store is very clean and organized. The workers are so pleasant and helpful. I usually come here every month. They have a deli, pizza shop, and a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are amazing! There have plenty of parking spots at this location. The bakery/ desserts are very nice. The prices aren't much higher than any other place. They also have wegmans brand products which are sometimes cheaper. Overall I think it's a great place to shop. Someone is alway willing to help you.

BEWARE of shopping at Wegmans. 80% of the people that work here have a stank attitude. 80 FREAKING PERCENT! My story: Cheryl in the cheese department at 1:40pm on 12/1/2020 was very disrespectful. I walked up to her and asked where something is the first time and she almost looked like she was trying to run from me. How crazy is that? Then she sent me in the wrong direction. Then I came back and asked a question about cheese and she says "What do you want?" ISTG I almost lost it! I had to say a quick prayer asking God to prevent me from laying hands on this old white lady. I asked her where is a certain cheese and she responds very snarky "Your not even in the right department it's in Deli!" Like damn lady I understand we're all going through something but that was so uncalled for. You can always tell when someone doesn't want to help you because their body language speaks for them first. Nothing about the people that work here is welcoming. The vibe is given off as I work here but don't ask me any questions! This is a big a** store, how can you not expect people to ask you questions. Then it's a smart reply of "It's over there where THE SIGN says XYZ;" in a very snarky disrespectful way. How do you know if I have terrible vision? How do you know I didn't see the sign because I was facing the opposite way? The people who work on the floor whether it's stocking or sorting as plain rude. It's almost a fear to ask someone where something is because they might catch an attitude or say a smart remark to make you feel stupid. Also, HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE SOMETHING IS? THATS YOUR JOBBBB! & Yes I went straight to a manager.

I love having a Wegman's in the area, it saves me at trip to Columbia and the store is well run! They are following COVID guidelines with required masks and social distancing encouraged. Wegman's is known for their hot food bar and MTO stations but that changed (hopefully temporarily) due to the pandemic. I've order fresh seafood to have steamed and there and it was delicious. Price wise they are competitive with other stores in the area for most items. I normally have no issue with parking but the place can definitely be packed especially on the weekends. I like the convenience of the self checkout and normally can be in and out the store unless I'm purposely walking around combing through things lol. I will continue to visit this Wegman's as often as I can as I like the service and products that are provided.
I love wegmans, but when I came Some things I wanted weren't there, For example they didn't have almond milk. I noticed because one day I thought I should get some cereal the when I looked in the refrigerator, It wasn't there! I was so sad, I honestly love Wegmans but sometimes they don't have what we want. My point Is that I'm Them not having milk. So it would be nice if you would restock on milk and many other things more often.

I wanted to take the time to ensure Lemar was recognized for her hospitality and commitment to be a great representation for the wegmans experience. Twice I've been here where I was helped by Lemar and last time I forgot but now that I experienced his kindness twice and he didn't know I was the same person, I know this is genuinely this young man's heart. He is always assisting patrons with their carts and always remaining in a positive attitude. I pray Wegmans recognizes his work ethic and compensates him well because he really is phenomenal. This just might be my favorite grocery store in the area! It's always clean and well stocked. The selection of produce and fresh meat are hard to beat at any other chain. I love the variety of prepared food and selections of items for you to prepare. And don't even get me started on the delicious bakery items...those chocolate chip goodies are sooo good. And in the days of socially distancing having the open to label your own produce and self check out all from the app are awesome! I am already ready for my next visit!

Its always good to visit Wegmans, that reasonable good quality price food, nice environment, good customer service and those banging 'Garlic Shrimp' I really wish they had a Wegmans in my area ( Salisbury Maryland ). Check you next time

I love the store itself but have to say getting instacart and delivery was much to be desired. The person doing the shopping didnt take the time to listen to what I wanted when a replacement or refund was needed. He replaced things on his own without my approval which increased my bill by 20 dollars. So beware if using online shopping and delivery or even curb side pick up
