“Everything about last night's meal was outstanding. My husband and I went for an early dinner with our visiting daughter. Still talking about the food this morning. The charred cabbage was incredible. We each had a different salad, pizzas, and the cod entree. Topped off the meal with chocolate foccacia. Going back in two weeks to celebrate our anniversary.“

The hostess, bartender and our waitress, Margarite, made for a wonderful dining experience. The menu also had an excellent selection. “We were staying in Oxford, MD for a couple of nights, and struck out on restaurants there. The only one that was supposedly open wouldn't seat us a full half hour before published closing time. So we scrambled to see where we might find an open restaurant in Easton, and drove to Doc's -- where our experience was the opposite! Despite the fact that Doc's kitchen was in the process of closing, the Doc's hostess cheerfully found us a table right away, and server Avery brought out some great local seafood specialties in record time! We were so grateful for the friendly service and delicious food, and we'd definitely return to Doc's next time we are visiting the Eastern shore.“

“The food is wonderful and the menu always has new and exciting things. Unfortunately I have to comment that the chairs are not comfortable for my older body and the noise level is horrendous. Carpeting on the ugly floor would help a lot. But I will continue to eat there because the food is outstanding. We have never been disappointed. I just wish it were more quiet and had better chairs. Bigger tables wouldn't be amiss either.“

“We eat there wherever we are running errands. Never had a bad meal there. Pizza is fantastic, seasoned just right! Crust so good, you eat all of it. Sandwiches, salads, dinners, you can't go wrong. Some of the best lasagna. Family members always have us take them here when they are in town. Great place, staff and very clear restaurant.“

“Went for breakfast this time. Amazing special of banana chocolate chip pancakes. The crab omelet was full of lump meat! The cinnamon French toast was so good we almost didn't get a picture. The Hillbilly is a fried bologna breakfast sandwich from my husband's childhood, he said it was delicious! The home fries were a miss though, get a different side.“

“We were on a short vacation in Cambridge and were really impressed with the Cambridge Dinner. We had an early dinner there and split the broiled seafood dinner - delicious - and opted for the salad bar (quite nice, and haven't seen one of those since before the pandemic) and then shared the desert (we opted for chocolate ice cream, which was top quality) that came with the dinner. We paid a little extra so we could both get a big salad from the salad bar. The waitress was fantastic and brought us two plates to share the entree, without us even asking, and regularly checked on us and refilled our ice teas. What a gem! It's rare to find a place like this these days. PS: they do served beer and other adult beverages too, but we were there around 4 pm; a bit early for us for that. Definitely go if in for a good home cooked meal and good service.“

“Fantastic Oyster Buffet, Friday nights! Raw oysters shucked right in front of you. Buffet has several varieties of cooked oysters, constantly brought out fresh. Baked pineapple is a nice add on. Plenty of other buffet items. All fresh all good!“

“Our first visit here and the food and service was great. Brittney Brandy took care of us and she was super! We had apps of Tuna Tostada and Fried Spanish Olives. Both were delicious and I could eat that Tuna dish everyday! We also had the Build your Burger and the Cuban sandwich. Both were cooked to perfection. Flavor combinations really complement each other.“

“Chicken is delicious, probably the closest I've seen anything get to English's Restaurant fried chicken. Prices are a little on the upper side, but when considering u can't get a fast food meal for any less and the food is hot and delicious, then it's worth it.“
