Although it was super packed due to a cheer competition the server was great. The staff definitely held it down and kept the line moving. I had a great experience and the cashier was personable.
Great Service! I took my daughter and her cheer team for ice cream tonight. The staff was friendly, very patient and moved the line fast. It’s the National Harbor expect the high prices.

My experience at the ben&jerrys in the national harbor was exceptional. The person serving me was very professional, polite and friendly. Due to a large number of my friends ordering all together, the man serving us was willing to give us a larger discount on our ice cream. Definitely the place to go for a sweat treat spring, summer, winter or fall!
