The Bojangles restaurant is extremely hot inside, and the staff members are working in unhygienic circumstances without air conditioning. Additionally closed and undergoing renovation are the restrooms. Despite working in an unsafe and unsanitary environment, the personnel was kind and attentive. I like my sandwich of steak, eggs, and cheese biscuits.

This is the second bojangles I’ve driven to in the area that’s just closed for no reason. This happens to me often on Sundays I try to get a biscuit after church and all the locations say open but when you arrive there’s a sign on the door or drive thru that say closed

I just stopped at this location for breakfast a few minutes ago. The person taking my order explained they didn’t have Cajun chicken biscuits…ok. I ordered another combo and paid. She hands me my drink…and it’s a small. She says, after the fact, “oh we only have small cups”. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered. A kid sized cup for a full breakfast combo is just crazy to me. Then they never have anything in stock. I do not know who’s in charge of ordering but they aren’t doing their job. This is my last time visiting this location. Maybe if enough patrons stop patronizing this location, they’ll make REAL and necessary changes.

First when i got there everything I asked for they didnt have. They didnt have any barbecue sauce, didnt have large cups, didnt have medium fry container. The lady who took my order had a attitude and could barely speak english. The food.. ummm the chicken biscuit was NASTY!!! It tasted OLD! The Bo Rounds tasted bad made me sick!!! This place needs to be shut down or new manager.

This may be the worst Bojangles that I’ve ever been too. I stopped during breakfast time while visiting the area. First, the dining room was closed, so I don’t think they have enough staff. But this locations pricing is horrendous! $3.99 for a sausage biscuit? I compared their price to a nearby locations in Virginia and the usual price is either $2.49 or $2.69. I’ll never stop at this location again.
I love Bojangles' so having one in Maryland is nice. I love getting their breakfast. This Bo-Tato Rounds are a dream come true with their crisp as you bite into them. I also enjoy their iced tea and their Bo's Chicken Sandwich. Also, I love to put their chicken in my air fryer when I do pick up. The fries for some reason are always on the soft end. I want my fries to have a crisp. My only reason for giving 3 stars is that 9/10 times they mess up my order somehow. I love your food, but sometimes I crave what I asked for.

The whole meal I received was disgusting I literally wasted money I had the 3 piece meal with breast wing and drum fries and Mac the chicken was horrible the flour was still wet underneath the breading of the drum the fries were hard and cold and the Mac and cheese was just nasty the biscuit was hard and dry I haven't been to this food chain in years but I definitely don't remember their food tasting like this never will I return.
