I went to Burger King and placed an order for a Whooper Meal without onions, with cheese, french fries, and a drink. As the Burger King tagline states, "Have It Your Way," my order was delivered just how I wanted it. My food was hot, juicy, and deliciously made quickly. The staff was prompt, kind, and attentive. There was cleanliness in this restaurant. There are plenty of parking spots in the lot. There is a drive-through service accessible for this restaurant.

Burger King should close this outlet. They always mishandle the directives. They attempt to rationalize not giving you the food you paid for by saying you have "to drive back," but not everyone lives in Maryland. If any of these associates mess up an order, they are not accountable. The manager is terrible at answering phones and serving customers. This area is constantly filthy and slum. You will be defrauded by these drive-through service providers, so beware of them. Who knows at this point? It seems deliberate, even though the fast food establishment does not intend to be that careless.

Well I came back tonight and ordered a double whopper, I usually check my food before leaving the Drive thru got home and got a whopper and 3/4. Either they cut the pattie and ate it or just didn't care about customer service.. Who puts a partial burger on a sandwich.. Called to let them know ASAP and was called a liar by the manager.. WOWI just trashed it can't trust people these days don't know if they bit it or notPlease double check your food at this Burger King

The stuff seems very disorganized. Waited 15 minutes unnecessarily when I could see my to go order from the beginning ready to be picked up. Also, they put ice in my drink when I specified no ice, and forgot to include another drink completely.

The cashier at the first window asked me several times if I had a boyfriend. I pretended I didn't hear him but I was uncomfortable. If you lack the common sense to not behave that way in the first place, then you probably lack the common sense to not repeat that behavior. Someone just tell him to stop.

I needed to eat and was looking for quick-ish. Even though I wanted quick, I also wanted to sit down and eat. I should have just gotten it to go. It felt like I would have gotten quicker service going through the drive thru.I get my usual that I go with here and head over to fill up my drink. I take my time there and was hoping my food would be ready by then. It wasn't, I find a table and set myself up, food still wasn't ready. I always feel uneasy when I am seated in a fast food without any food in front of me.My food was finally ready, after several drive thru customers have gone through. I head back to my table and start to dive in. Maybe it was just my thinking, but most of what I got was lukewarm by the time that I got to enjoying it. Nothing wrong with the food, just wish that it had gotten to me quicker and warmer.

Asked for a barbecue sauce instead of ketchup for my fries (trying to eat the fries while on the road). They said no, they would charge me and I would've had to ask at the first window. Well, ok this really seems like a big deal for them. Take a sip of my soda after I leave--they gave me a flat soda I can't even drink. Bad service especially considering there's a hundred other restaurants within a mile at a similar price point. Soda is trash.
